Lovely friendly staff and delicious food. Everything was really well prepared and super-tasty. My husband had the linguine and I had the lasagne - it was all really tasty and the vegan cheesecake was to die for!

My husband and I have eaten there three times on our stay at Naples. The food is incredibly creative and inventive. The combinations are amazing. The chef is incredible! We are not vegans And at the beginning were a little reluctant to walk in for...that reasonMore

This was a great place to visit on our last night in Naples. The weather hasn’t been very kind but this place somewhat made up for that. This lovely restaurant is located on the seafront, it has quite a pleasant scenery, ambience and atmosphere. There’s...both an attractive interior and exterior design. Very calming and quiet. The waiter who served us was great, he helped us work out the electronic menu, was attentive to our needs and wants, was kind, prompt and professional. The menu is incredibly varied, lots of options to choose from. I went with the chips & dip tapas as a starter. I thought it would be French fries so was surprised when the waiter brought out crisps. But also intrigued. It worked well, the sauce was lovely (tasted like burger sauce). For my main I got the burrito. While I was mostly happy with it and polished my plate off I did notice the lack of vegan salami that was listed as an ingredient. Other than that I’d add a tad bit more seasoning to make it perfect and would probably blend the avocado to make a guac instead of having it sliced. And lastly I finished things off with the caramel cheesecake. This was ok. The soya “cream cheese” had an odd taste to it, not unpleasant just odd. However the base saved it. The base was really really good and the caramel sauce was nice too. Overall I’m certainly satisfied with my visit and would certainly return to explore more of the menu. Any vegan in Naples should certainly visit.More

We were there once in August 2021 for desserts and cocktails. Details: Tiramisu and Cheesecake - both tasted like a plain sweet mass of soft matter. Pinacolada was just not like it should be (and also way too sweet) Mojito on the contrary was tasteless...Moscow mule was pretty good Personnel was friendly and pleasant. Can pay with card Service fee is average (4 euros as far as I remember)More

We visited this restaurant in August 2020 and our experience was very bad. Food was tasteless, the menu was poor and very expensive. Plus we were seating outside and there was an infestation of cockroaches right by our table. I have been sick for days...after our visit. Lots of money to get sick. I would not recommend this place to my enemies !More

What a disgusting set of people behind the scenes of this restaurant! (check Ben H for photos) Firstly i ate here three times before the incident happened. I mostly visited vegan only places as i'm vegan and it's easier. What i found out is many...places will have an option for you even if not on the menu. I ate here because i do not mind basic food. It's sometimes nice to just have simple options. Saying basic is not a bad thing IF the price matches. No matter what money you have to throw around you do not want to be ripped off. I only enjoyed the Gyro I had. The final visit was because it was near somewhere else that had vegan desserts. This visit was terrible and sent my autistic self into a spiral. We asked to sit inside, got declined as apparently "people had reserved" (btw no one came but one small group) I think they like to get people to sit outside to look busy. it never was busy - I can see why. So we sat outside and got served fairly slowly but I guess the people behind the scenes do not care for their staff. He was the only waiter working. The bread was bland, dry and cheap tasting. The drinks were fine but it was bottled so the temperature is all I can mention. Then what came was a let down (a tapas dish) with guacamole and what I can only describe as popadoms. It was a let down to say the least. I am all for Indian food but with guacamole? We also had to wait and wait to ask for more popadoms which in the end my partner had to go and ask for. Trust me myself and my partner scooped the guac a fair bit. Then the main course came out. My gyro was fine. Seitan is really easy to do at home and cheap. I'd add more flavour to the fake meat. My partners seitan ribs came and I looked at it and froze as i did not know if they were being serious. It was not a version of ribs at all. It was three small slices about a small palms worth - I am talking small. To the side was sauce running off the slate onto the table and 1 potato, plus not even half a sweetcorn cob. This was 10 euros. not worth it. Who do they think they are? Michelin star? not even close. The food does not match up, the waiters clothing and presentation does not, the service etc. I have eaten at pricey places. I eat out weekly (due to COVID not so much). When it comes to eating out and how I expect my food, I think by now I know what i am talking about. My partner went to send the food back and order a gyro then leave and not come back again. The "chef" started shouting and was offended by critique. Apparently to her, seitan is costly and it's worth the price. The chef was just intense. My partner ordered his gyro and sat back down. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. We were also told a manager would come out. Some old lady did but from far just stared at us both, then walked off. Not very nice to be stared at. We decided we will just leave as we'd had enough. We walked off slowly giving a chance for anyone to call us back. No one came out, no manager. 15 mins later my we noticed a missed call. How funny when you walk away only then you get noticed. After the missed call we got a WhatsApp message which was aggressive and said they have called the police. This was disgusting. From someones personal mobile. I know people in business. I know the DO's and DON'TS. We did nothing wrong to get threats of the police. Then a call came from a British boy who was angry and threatening. Who apparently thinks you can't just walk off if you do not like the food and service (he is wrong) you are well in your rights to. Even in England, so you are wrong. We walked back and into the restaurant. I waited outside, due to my autism and mental health as it was intense. I then after several minutes went in as it was taking a while. It was two young people - The British boy and I guess his partner. My partner said they mentioned they had a crime number (I doubt they did). They talked lots of nonsense and said they never get complains. Maybe not in person but I have seen complaints since. Most people pay and never come back if they do not like something.More

I have to start by saying that we had eaten here 3 times previously and had no problems. Unfortunately this time was not so good. We arrived and were greeted by a waiter who came outside. Seeing that there were no other people AT ALL,...I asked for a table inside. He paused for a second then told me that there were no tables and we had to sit outside. We wanted to sit inside due to very loud music from the bar (maybe attached in some way?) next door and that this bothered my girlfriend who has autism. He couldn’t care less and said they were all booked. I asked what time they would all be taken as in the U.K. often a restaurant will sit you at a table if it’s 2 hours before a booking time. He told me that ALL the tables were booked for 8pm. I thought this was odd but said ok and we took a seat outside. He came over a few minutes later and asked us to fill out the COVID form which we did. I then asked if he was going to take my temperature. Previously some staff there did and some didn’t take temperatures before. We filled in the form and had a out temperatures taken which were fine. We ordered drinks (1 beer each and a bottle of water to share). Then ordered food. We ordered a guacamole starter to share along with asking for some bread, I ordered “bbq seitan ribs” as a main and my girlfriend ordered the Gyros. To start with the bread was very very dry and tasteless so that wasn’t a good start. Next came the starter. The actual guacamole was nice, fluffy and light which is a nice change to heavy and rich flavours you normally have with guacamole. It was accompanied by some kind of greasy poppadom type thing, broken in to random prices and put in to the top of the bowl. There was nowhere near enough of this to use all the guacamole and we tried hard to put tons of it on each piece we scooped it up on. We even used the dry bread to try and finish it, with no luck. I decided to ask for more of the crispy poppadom stuff but by the time the waiter was visible again the guacamole had started to go brown. I didn’t want to bother complaining about this to just asked for more and he bought it out fairly fast. Next my girlfriend received her Gyros. Not a problem with this as she had it before and we even ordered delivery of this dish to our hotel during our stay. Unfortunately my main was a complete disaster. It was bought out on a price of slate, obviously trying to mimic a high end bistro style restaurant. We have eaten at the best restaurants in London and Surrey, where we have eaten incredible vegan food, served and presented in a way that reflects the thought and clever minds of the chefs who create the dishes. On the slate was one small potato, hasselback style slots on the top and a piece of herb slotted in. This was a tiny potato, and just one. Next was the “corn”. I could not believe what I was seeing. Imagine if you took a whole sweet corn husk cut it in half then in half again about 5 times then in half sideways, this is what I got. The 2 small, burnt pieces of corn were so small it was unbelievable. Finally there was the “seitan ribs”. Now, I’ve been vegan for 3 years, I’ve made my own seitan steaks and ribs, and have eaten seitan ribs in other restaurants, but this was a joke. I was expecting a hidden camera show to come out at any point to laugh and say they’d got me. There were 3 THIN slices of seitan. In what universe are “ribs” thin slices. The nature of ribs whether meat or plant based are to have or mimic the rib bones themselves, surrounded by the meat. These were thin slices?? What on earth was the person who created this dish thinking? To finish off this disaster of a dish, there was a sauce (I didn’t try) thrown over the seitan slices so poorly that it was falling off the edge of the slate. Having eaten good food here before I decided to make it known that this time I had not been happy. I had not eaten any of the dish so decided to return it and ask for the gyros. I took the dish over to the waiter who was by the front door and explained that this was not worth €10 and I would like to change it based on the poor quality. He told me to wait and walked off so I was left standing there like an idiot, holding the dish. I decided to go inside and put it on the hatch where food came from the kitchen. As I did this, the “chef” a female native Italian I assumed from her accent looked at me and became angry. I said that the dish was poor and I was not paying €10 for it based on the portion sizes and presentation. I said I would like to exchange for something else. Instead of taking the critique and serving me as the customer she started arguing with me and trying to justify the dish. Her first justification was that this was just the dish and it was the price. I told her I was vegan and not new to this so knew it was not worth the money. I also said that all other times we came things were fine so it was just this dish. Enraged that I had questioned her food she didn’t listen at all and tried to justify again by saying it was homemade seitan - as if seitan is expensive to make. She obviously assumed I didn’t know anything about plant based food and had not made it myself before, which I have in several occasions. She got angrier and angrier then eventually the waiter turned up again. I explained it to him and he was ok about it. He said he would exchange the dish for the gyros. I was happy with this so went to sit down. He also told me the “manager” would come to talk to me and I said that was fine as I always like to give feedback and most restaurants value customer feedback. He agreed and so I waited for a manager and my food. I waited. And waited, and waited and waited and waited and waited. 25 mins later, nothing. By this time my girlfriend had long finished her food so I would be eating alone anyway but we stayed to see if a manger turned up or my food materialised. Nope. All that we saw was an older women come out and stand by the door to stare at us as if we were scum. She just kept staring with a look of pure hate. NOT nice. Note that in this time, only one party of around 5 have turned up for tables inside. So much for the “full” tables inside. After around 30 mins I decided I would not tolerate being lied to, abused verbally and ignored, so we left. Up to this point I had been happy to pay for them what we had eaten but felt I was deliberately being ignored. If a restaurant gets something wrong and a complaint is made, the diner should be at the TOP of the list of people to serve not the bottom! We calmly got up and walked away. Nobody saw us - because they were ignoring us. 15 mins down the road I checked my phone to see what the time was and saw there was a call and then a horrible, threatening message. Horrible people who own this place that don’t care about customers because they just leave you for so long you can’t take it anymore and have to leave. They did not know that one of us had not been taken ill so it was extremely unprofessional and unethical to leave rude and threatening voice mails and messages from his personal phone.More
