The Pizza was really good. One of the best Margheritas I've tasted. And the prices are really amazing. Recommended

Try the frittadina. It is very very Good. One of the more famous pizzerias in Naples for sure and definitely worth a try.

I had the fried pizza and couldn't finish it because it was so greasy and unappetizing. The server was inattentive and the food came after nearly 45 minutes. No comment from server. Had to wait forever for the bill. Receipt not itemized and just total of 7 euros but the total for food was 6 euros. When I asked about... More

This was possibly the best pizza I've ever tasted. Coupled with the fact you can get that and a beer and still get change from €10 would be a reason to visit.

The food is amazing, perfect pizza and the sides also very good. The bookin system and queuying is caotic. You give your name on arrival and wait until they call you....for us, table for two was sligly over two hours on a Saturday lunch.

We first tried to go to Gino Sorbillo, but the crowd waiting outside was too daunting. So we went down the street to di Matteo (actually, Pizzeria e Friggitoria di Matter), and if we had figured out immediately where the entrance was, we might not have had to wait. As it was, we waited about 15 minutes to get in... More

It is one of the best in Naples, there are many pizza type but try margherita. Don't expect a fancy place, this is a true Naples pizzeria.

We visited this famous pizzeria on my first visit to Naples, what an amazing city, full of history, culture and diversity of foods. Our friends had fortunately booked a table as it was like a rugby scrum outside, very active, pushing, jostling and shouting, but all done in the best possible humour. Competing with cars and motor bikes coming down... More

the starters (frittatina) are really nice the pizza is very good Its easier to get in here and its cheaper than the more famous place up the road and pizza wise there is not that much between them. Décor is more authentic, you know you are eating in Naples. Yeah I liked it....a lot

Di Matteo is one of the best pizzeria in Naples. And as Neapolitan every time I am back to Naples, it is part of my visit. To be honest it is not the best pizza you can eat but the fried food you can have as apetizer is absolutely the best one you can try in this city. I would... More
