Welcomed in by the boesterious owner as we looked confusingly for somewhere to have lunch we left with full bellies and smiles on our face. It felt like an authentic amalfi experience with great pasta that didn't break the bank.

We find the place walking the streets of Amalfi and dine there loured by the owner (what a character!) With his recommendation we had a wonderful meal (I strongly recommended the swordfish pasta). The atmosphere is very special with the owner wondering between the tables...and chatting with true italian vibe with all the guests! We came back the next day and it we were welcomed and remembered! Truly a great choice visiting Amalfi Cost!More

Tipical and teasty food, Masaniello went over all of ours expectations. We had a very very good seafood dinner with fair price. Owner and staff all kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you go to Amalfi.

The food here is perfect! You can eat here if you have a dieet to follow like gluten-free or dairy-free. The owner makes you feel like home in a seconde and is very happy! The fish is very nice, the owner is even willing to...share the recipe with you! Go and eat with this sweet man! It’s perfect!More

Stopped here for lunch on our first day in Amalfi. The waiter and host were super friendly and gave great insight and recommendations into the best items on the menu. The fish, pasta, and drinks were top quality especially the lemon aperol spritz!

I went there with a friend, while visiting Amalfi, and I had the most delicious pasta I ever had. It was home-made, fresh and mind blowing. The owner of the restaurant is so nice and energetic, it was a pleasure to meet him.

I can’t think of a better place to eat in this world other than La Taverna de Masaniello. We were visiting the Amalfi coast and reaching Amalfi we’ve stopped for lunch. I must say that the place looks inviting as soon as you pass and...the guy at the door is not the harassing type, he just smiled very friendly and said hello. After we had a good look around, we’ve decided to go back. Had the warmest greeting ever and invited to take a set. The place is impeccable clean and full of character. The food is out of this world. We had grilled smoked salmon in lemon leaves, bruschetta, pizza , spaghetti al limone and tradition lemon dessert. Out of this world!!! Do yourself a favour: if you never had spaghetti al limone at Taverna de Masaniello, put it on your bucket list! Very reasonably priced, we will definitely be back next year, thank you guy for offering us such an amazing experience!More
