Wandering around the Benidorm Old Town on New Year's Eve, spent the day drinking with foolishly no plans for dinner. Looked at trip advisors top recommendations & all with no room. This place was next to one and we tried our luck ...by some miracle they had room for 10, the place was empty... Didn't bode well, but we're very... More

We ate a very nice paella and albondigas. The - white - housewine was delicious and the waiter very friendly. The shy cook is talented. Nice place!

After googling best places for a paella in Benidorm in stumbled upon this lovely little restaurant. Food was amazing and the service was too. Definitely worth a visit for traditional or meat paella - will definitely visit again.

I've never been to a restaurant where I've had a glass thrown at me by the waiting staff, but I suppose there's a first time for everything. There were six of us, five eating and one not, and of our five meals four were perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, the one meal that was supposed to be breaded fillet steak wasn't fillet... More

Visited here after searching online for good paella as we wanted something a bit more authentic than your typical holiday-resort makes-a-bit-of-everything fare. Ordered the seafood paella and a jug of sangria, and the server brought us a nice little bit of Spanish omelette and bread with aioli first, along with the sangria. Everything very good and the server was friendly,... More

We looked on trip advisor for best paella and wondered around for s while asked a few people and eventually found this little gem down a side street. The front of house was amusing to us but could be annoying to some! The paella was very good overall a good meal and service glad we went

Found it from Tripadvisor, i have to admit, I certainly have tried a lot better Paella than this place, in our opinion Rice needed more simmering, wouldn't recommend to choose this place as centre of Benidorm offers alot more variety and traditional cuisine than J.manu. Not worth money or time. Liked secluded location and laid back decor, as well as... More

Mrs Jones and I 1st anniversary To start with over friendly slightly annoying host. Paella was salty salty salty and from a packet. Eat as much as could stomach quickly. Mrs Jones could have earned an Oscar for her performance when asked for the third time if the food was ok. On asking for the bill, mine host kept us... More

We really wanted to have a proper paella...well, we found the right place! Extremely nice place, not busy at all, quick service! We suggest the home made meat balls as starters! Daniele

On our search for a good restaurant cooking paellas, this was initially our second choice. However when our first choice was not able to oblige we paid this restaurant a visit instead. In hindsight this was fortunate because the food was delicious, service was excellent and the waiter very attentive and friendly. All in all I would have no hesitation... More
