The staff is rude! Also, there is extra things on the bill. At the end we paid 22$ for 3 glasses of beer and 1 portion of croquettes.... And nothing special on the meal...

We found it occasionally. Quite a democratic atmosphere, the tables like a bar tables with a high chairs. A very tasty hot tapas, nice cavas. It's a good stop when wondering the Serrano street.
