If you desire a really high end paella then you need to visit this restaurant. Recommended to me by the concierge and it was perfect. I'm super fussy so enjoy.

Great food, fantastic service, and a delightful evening! The paella was good, but the part (I was served) did not have the "crunchy bottom". We were with a group, so perhaps someone else had some of the bottom. The steak and calamari salad were FANTASTIC!
