Take time out to experience this fab venue. Great service and a good selection of food. We had a family gathering here. Three generations! All positive comments. I will be back when in Madrid again...which is soon.

As many do we always like to visit a Hard Rock Cafe when we travel, although I had been to this one before. The layout & decor isn't quite as spacious and polished as some of the others, but they are the only blemishes. The local burger (blue cheese) was scrumptious, as was all of the standard menu food. The... More

My partner and I like to visit Hard Rock if there is one when we go on holiday as a little holiday tradition!! We ordered the potato skins to start and then for the main I had nachos and my partner ordered the pulled chicken burger. All came out within a good time, we didn't have to wait long. Everything... I always like to go to a hard rock whenever I travel, and like the others, it is very good. We had a very short waiting time (around 20 minutes), and the staff is very friendly. The price is above average, but it is worth it.

nice restaurant, normal HRC atmosphere, music videos (not too loud), memorabilia etc everywhere. Friendly staff, helpful, quick service. My New York Strip Steak was only "okay", well it was cooked like I wanted it, but the cow was probably already quite old when she died. Not the best quality meat. Nothing to complain otherwise.

Visited with wife a evening meal on Sunday having requested a table online on the Saturday to be told they don't reserve tables ???? We eventually got a table about 10 mins later and the meal was lovely and the lager ice cold which was good because the restaurant was exceptionally warm, the free refills of soft drinks was also... The rock shop was awesome, but too expensive compared with other countries. Even though I bought just a key ring, I had a happy hour at the bar. Oh, one more thing, the place is easy to find.

Went to Madrid for a city break with friends and had a meal to celebrate a birthday. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and menu. We called in again a couple of days later just for a quick lunchtime drink and still received the same great service from Pedro and Lucas. The bathroom was immaculate with... More

Early family lunch. The service was good -- everyone smiling and hepful. I suppose that this is to give a taste of US-like service. The food was not remarkable. I had BBQ chicken which was partially dry and nothing to write home about. The rest of the family had Ok food, but just OK. One exception was the apple pie,... More

Staying in Barrio de Salamanca

Neighbourhood Profile
Barrio de Salamanca
Broad, tree-lined avenues with pretty streetlights frame the neighbourhood of Barrio Salamanca. With beautiful condominium buildings that make up most blocks in this area, this part of town is refined and quiet. It is also host to a few of the city's large shopping avenues, including Calle Serrano and Calle Jose Ortega y Gasset. A walk down these streets will reveal upscale chains, small boutiques, and plenty of opportunities for shopping or checking out the stylish displays. The locals here are polished and fashionable, the atmosphere is leisurely, and the lush Retiro Park on the southern border is yet another opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. A stroll through Barrio Salamanca is all about admiring the beautiful architecture, window-shopping, and people-watching in this upper-crust corner of Madrid.
