The service is quick and the food is simply delicious! The memorabilia hung around add to the charm of being here. To put it in a sentence - It justifies its legacy.

One of the oldest bars in Madrid and the interior is really special. The food is awesome but at first, we had to wait to be seated as there’s a lot of people. It’s better to book a table in advance.

We were looking for an old restaurant in Madrid, we found it. It’s small and very busy. We could have staying in the bar area and had the tapas, but decided to eat in the restaurant. Next time we’ll probably just belly up and watch...More

Nearby Plaza Santa Ana, Casa Alberto is a THE place for topical tapas. The tostones that you get with your order of drinks are legendary. Don’t miss the Croquetas and the Pinchos of Tortilla de Papa!
