Very cosy place. Menu changes daily. Well balanced options. The quality of the meat was superb. Staff well trained and extremely friendly. A very good choice!!

We had a great dinner here on our visit to Madrid. Food was really good and the staff friendly. The menu had a note welcoming all diners on that night - very thoughtful. It is a small place so you'll need to reserve a table.

Through the week I've spent travelling from Madrid to Santiago and back, that was the best fried white fish I had. And the just baked fresh bread was amazing.

Handwritten menu changing every day. Fabulous food, not typically Spanish but using fresh Spanish flavours in a different way. A fantastic blue tomato salad for starters and superb grilled fish for main. Great waiting staff and the chef came out to see how we were...More

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate a special occasion and we are so happy we decided on Casa 9. The food and service were outstanding. Our favorite dish by far was the cochinillo! We will definitely be back!

This resto, although one of the smallest, is one of best I’ve tried in Madrid. The host, owner, is gracious and friendly. The menu is simple and changes day to day. The fish and meats were cooked with olive oil and mild seasoning allowing the...More

I walked in without a reservation on a Sunday evening and was seated immediately. Most of the clientele were foreigners who did not speak Spanish. The waiter was very charismatic in both languages and put up with a really rude couple near me with impressive...More

Chueca is the hip, gay neighbourhood of Madrid where
many of the streets are narrow and intimate, but where
the hustle and bustle and the eclectic storefronts and
people give it a distinctly urban feel. The main
thoroughfare is Calle Hortaleza and the main square is
Plaza Chueca, completely filled with terraza tables
serving copas (mixed drinks) during summer. A mixture
of trendy and grungy, some of the adult businesses

Cross Gran Vía onto Calle Hortaleza look for the Casino (across from the huge Adidas store), then it's a right hand turn into a side street called Calle Reina. Enjoy!
