It has a good location, close to the Plaza de la Villa, yet a little distant from the mad crowds of Plaza Mayor and Sol. It advertised a fixed menu dinner for 15 euros. You can choose from among 5 starters and 5 main courses....More

Traditional spanish cuisine, excellent portions, reasonably priced and excellent service...what would you ask for more? Happened to be in the vicinity on our last day at Madrid and decided to have our last dinner there and indeed it was a pleasant ending. Highly recommend. Would...More

We're taken to a back room where the tourists are 'held'. We try to speak Spanish and one of the party is fluent so there is no need, we are very happy to mingle with the locals, should they be here. Everything seems to be...More

We had a tasty seafood paella for two and enjoyed it very much. The food was definitely much better than some of the restaurants on the main tourist streets and the indoor seating was a respite from the noise and hustle outside. The food portions...More

Just popped in for a quick drink on a hot afternoon. Now we are on our third drink. Why? Every time we order a drink Free Tapas Comes. Total cost €20. Fabulous highly recommended.

Walked by and looked it up on trip advisor. Rated way too high. Small room with zero atmosphere. Paella was just ok. Croquette tasty but nothing special. Disappointing.

We had ordered 2 Iberian ham as a starter and they just didn't turn up at all, there is very poor translation between the waiter and the customer. In our case the waiter was more interested in flirting and chatting up and bring free shots...More

Small restaurant in central madrid offering decent inexpensive food. Do not expect refined dining but atmosphere is welcome and the waiters very helpful. A good eat without breaking the bank.

Expansive plazas, local and foreign crowds, street
performers, colorful lights, window shopping,
restaurant signs promising the best paella, ham, and
churros con chocolate- this is downtown Madrid, a
collection of plazas interconnected by a network of
side streets. Some of these side streets are wide
pedestrian shopping routes, and some are hidden, so
