The Flamenco dancing was excellent. All of the dancers were very talented and worked very hard. Drinks were included.

Took my gf to see real flamenco dancing at Cardamomo in Madrid. There we 5 dancers (2 men and 3 women), 2 guitar players and a singer, all on one crowded stage. The live music and dancing.were both totally awesome, showing varying styles of dancing. I would recommend this place to my friends!

What's a holiday in Madrid without seeing a traditional Flamenco show? The pub/show is located in the city, walking distance from the main street. It's a 1h show for only 39€. You either choose 2 drinks or unlimited sangria for each ticket. The place is so cozy with friendly waiters and staff. They were 10 artists performing. 2 guitarists, 3... More

This was my first time at a flamenco show in Spain. This is the perfect venue, it's a good intimate size. The flamenco group was excellent. And the ticket includes a drink. It was just a great experience for me!

Really enjoyed the flamenco show. Great choreography between the two guitarists, the singers and the dancers. Very high level of performance for a reasonable prize.

The dance/show felt authentic and very Spanish, I've never seen anything like it, really glad I went, and for only 25 euros!

I already visited flamenco show a couple years ago in Madrid, and can say that one was a little better. Unfortunately i don't remember the name of the place. Actually the show in Cardamomo was pretty good, but place is too small and chairs are not so comfortable.

You go there mainly for the show and dance. The dancer performed were all very good. One gentleman was especially amazing. We were also extremely impressed with the musicians. This was no-dinner, show-only. It comes with two drinks per person. The drinks were really, really stiff, so drink slowly and not with an empty stomach. The decor is fairly sparse;... More

We went to the 8pm show and had a meal there first. The food was uncomplicated but good. Service quick. As we were eating before the show we sat on a table near the stage, which I would recommend to sitting further back. It is a small and intimate venue which adds to the atmosphere. The show is amazing. The... More

Staying in Huertas

Neighbourhood Profile
Huertas
Also known as Barrio de las Letras, Huertas was once home to prominent literary figures, Miguel de Cervantes and Lope de Vega among them. The neighbourhood is committed to celebrating its rich heritage: Calle Huertas itself is inlaid with quotes from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to them, and second-hand bookshops pervade. Huertas receives a fair amount of spillover from the center — side streets around Plaza Santa Ana take on a foreign party atmosphere at night, and you always see young backpackers navigating the streets — but as you descend into the neighbourhood, everything becomes a little more cramped and slightly less refined, and takes on more of an underground feel. Live music is at the heart of Huertas: by night, its subdued bars are ideal for meeting friends, sipping cocktails, and chatting quietly while enjoying jazz or singer-songwriter performances.
