Ca La Nuri was recommended by our Concierge for really good Paella and it did not disappoint. A word of caution, you are in Barcelona, not the USA nor Valencia, the Barcelona Paella is in a very dark rice, flavored, I believe by squid ink,...More

The restaurant is located by the beach in a very nice location. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors (we choose the later, as it was a lovely evening). The waiters were very welcoming, and directed us to our table. We then ordered a bottle...More

Can't understand some of the negative reviews. My husband and I went there two weeks ago and had the best dinner of all the places we dined. It was about 8:00pm when we arrived without reservations but were pleasantly greeted and quickly seated. I ordered...More

I went there specifically to have Paella, and while what I had tasted good, it was nothing like any of the paella that I've had in the past. Wait staff was attentive. Two negatives: could not get tap water - only bottled. Everyone eating there...More

There is no "La Nuri" (a Catalan woman's nickname) but a bunch of Chinese customers, and service who presented an inedible concoction colored sepia and with cuttlefish meat (or so they said) as the only other ingredient aside from rice. They called that Paella, I...More

I ordered tuna fish with tomato mermelade. Plate came to my table 5 minutes after placing the order, it wasn't even hot. Service was also in the average side. Not a place I'll pick again

The food was not very good here, the wine wasn't very good either and the service was very rushed but worst of all, there were flies all over our table which made the entire experience so much worse! It was a horrible dining experience altogether.

Ambience and appearance very appealing! Owner (or manager) was very pleasant and the young person(s) were helpful and knowledgeable about what they were serving. I had the cod beignets, classic seafood paella, and the rum baba cake and they were all excellent.

As much as i liked the food and the view in this restaurant, as much as i was disappointed by the service. Starting from the waiting time to sit down even though there was empty tables until we left, the rudeness of the waiters until...More

recommended by our hotel for good paella. We ordered food and wine and asked for some tap water also - they refused to provide - we had to pay for it ! Food was tasty but no bread and could have been more of it....More

Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you
enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally
translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes
recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant
atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district,
Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end
international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the
glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best
