In a modern, yet cosy environment, chef Berasategui offers here some magnificent creations. The service is incredibly nice and the wine list amazing.

I was scared (lol) to go to this 3 star Michelin restaurant thinking I may not be able to get past the “stuffiness “ but I was soooooo wrong. The staff was sweet and friendly , smiles all around. We asked every kind of question...More

Is the only one 3 michelin stars in Barcelona and during our last visit we can say is because the perfection exist and the name is Lasarte and Paolo Casagrande on the front raw.

A culinary journey designed to impress, each dish beautifully thought through and presented... only down side is that the stimulation left my mouth feeling abused by the combined chaos of taste and my stomach, admittedly simple, in a slightly unsettling tumble. Recommended for students of...More

If you cannot book a table for dinner, then go for lunch. The menu (and the price) is the same. We had the tasting menu, and it took three hours to consume everything. So make sure you have the time to enjoy the experience. One...More

A controversial 2017 Michelin 3* recipient by many accounts, Chef Martin Berasategui of the eponymous 3* restaurant in San Sebastian originally opening Lasarte in 2006 and holding two stars since 2009, it was for lunch on Thursday that a seat was taken in the space...More

We booked for lunch and we requested for a private room for 6, which had a view of one of the kitchens downstairs. Glad we had our own room because we noticed the main dining area was really quiet and our group loves to talk....More

It's not easy to feel so confortable when you're having a multiple course menu in the heart of Barcelona. Somethimes you feel ripped off, others it's just too crowded and then there are those times when food is not just good enough. Lasarte is far...More

Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you
enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally
translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes
recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant
atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district,
Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end
international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the
glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best

There are 2 tasting menus. One is called the "Menu Lasarte" and costs 130 Euros and the other is simple called "Tasting Menu" and costs 165 Euros. I think (but am not certain) that that price included the wine pairing.

Lasarte Restaurant opened in January 2006 and holds 2 Michelin stars since 2010. Lasarte is Martín Berasategui's cuisine embassy in Barcelona. After a full renovation carried out recently, the new Lasarte Restaurant is surprisingly much more modern and with more spacious and bright look. The emphasis on light, textures with dominance of oak and selection of furnishings have been the mainstay of the entire project to give the restaurant a unique personality. The culinary offer keeps the essence of Martin Berasategui's cuisine. At the head of the kitchen is Paolo Casagrande, who presents a selection of Berasategui's signature dishes with passion and enthusiasm, as well as new innovative dishes created especially for Lasarte. Joan Carles Ibáñez and his front of house team are the kitchen's ambassadors in the dining room and responsible for ensuring this wonderful cuisine reaches the table in a simply perfect way to make any visit a celebration. The restaurant has a semi-private room in the main dining room and a second private dining room, called the Chef's Table for up to 8 people -located in a loft over the kitchen with a glass wall that allows our guests to follow on all staging and creativity of the dishes.
