Lovely food, good wine list, in a cozy and unique setting. We sat in the "balcony" which gave us a good view of the projected images on the wall. May be a little hard to locate since it is down a small alley off a small street. Easier if on foot.

All in all, a great place. We had a terrific 38 euro menu for dinner. The staff were young handsome guys, but very attentive and professional.

This is a must in every way. Stunning food, wine and service in quirky, cosy surroundings great ambience. We were treated like VIPs and the Spanish staff all spoke excellent English. Cool interior on a very humid evening. Not sure if there is outdoor seating or whether they do lunch as we went after theatre around 10.30 - 11.00 p.m.... More

We struggled to find a restaurant that had vegetarian (as well as meat/fish) dishes in Barcelona - other than inevitable goat cheese salad, Greek salad etc - but this one had several items clearly marked on the menu. They were very interesting veggie dishes, as well as lots of meat dishes which are commented on by other reviewers. Unfortunately, we... More

Loved the atmosphere on a side street of Barri Gottic. We got the burrata, lamb and steak and it was all delicious! Only complaint was that the service was beyond slow! Otherwise would definitely recommend As a break from tapas.

First, fire the hostess. After you get past that, the food is wonderful. Highly recommend the burrata, cheese carpaccio, coconut and scallop soup, secret pork and the 18 hour lamb. Prices very reasonable given the quality of the food. Wonderful location in the center of the barrio gotic. Enjoy

We managed to get into PLA restaurant for one of our meals (our anniversary meal, our friends were also celebrating their 35th) and this has an excellent ambiance and the food was excellent, however the two ladies both ordered the cod which we were told was slow cooked at 60 degrees, unfortunately it was not at all to their liking... Twelve of us were in Barcelona celebrating a 160th Birthday! (Two 50th and one 60th). This restaurant has a very good well deserved reputation and was packed when we sat down at 10pm. As we were a large table we chose from the group menu, which was smaller but plenty of choice for all. The starter consisted of a selection... More

The food was great, as well the wine. You need to make reservation before, but they speak english, so it won't be a problem.
