Ordered a selection of tapas, they were obviously reheated but still weren't piping hot. Had a glass of wine each, very small amount in each glass! Cleaned our plates, it was edible & we were glad to rest our feet but probably wouldn't rush back. Expensive, tourist prices too.

I visited Tapa Tapa on the marina in Barcelona in April 2017 with my friend. We ordered a range of tapas including the teriyaki chicken and the cheese croquettes. We also ordered a litre of sangria which was ~€19. This was a little more expensive than we have paid elsewhere but maybe expected when it's on the marina.

Web have been to TapaTapa twice now and not been let down once. The food is exceptionally fresh consistently tasty and the dishes are well balanced. Be sure and try the prawn and avocado appetiser and the amazing Gin jelly with tonic sorbet desert. Delicious food, cheerfull staff and bright welcoming decor. Nearly opposite Gaudi's master piece the Casa Batllo.

Ok, so it is not the most gastronomic experience to had in Barcelona, however, for some formulaic tapas, it is a great central location with plenty of seating, inside and out. There is also a huge amount of choice on the menu. Get a pavement table on the beautiful Passeig de Gracia and expect to pay a little more due... More

Whenever we visit Barcelona we tend to have lunch here and especially for the tomato bread, which this time around was probably the biggest deception since not a lot of tomato sauce to be found and the bread was dripping with olive oil. The rest of the dishes were not bad, but something that you can eat in any other... More

Out for a stroll in the sun and looking at the many designer shops we decided to stop off for adrink. Sat down at the terrace and were attended quite quickly . We ordered 2 glasses of cava and waited. And waited. After over 20 minutes got up and left. Very disappointing and will not patronise again. Went next door... More

Stopped here en route from A2 Airport bus to our apartment. Meal for my self and 14 year old son cost €26, 5 really substantial freshly prepared tapas, a beer and a juice. The right price in my opinion. Teriyaki skewers, Spanish tortilla, calamari, chorizo and cheese croquettes. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere even at 1130pm

Visited here for drinks with family, and the service was far from pleasant. Getting the waiter's attention took ages and drinks took even longer. There should have been at least two people attending to the outdoor tables instead of one. Would not recommend. Visited 09/04/17

Many of the Tapas are prepare already and in plane view for you to choose. Get a glass a wine and have a Tapa or have a whole meal. Great diversity and value.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
