We fell upon this restaurant purely by chance. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the service was warm, attentive and they did everything they could to make us feel inclusive and welcome. The food was exquisite, fillet mignon perfectly cooked to order and home made dessert of tart tartin was amazing. The wine list was... More

We had had a few tapas before going to el portalón. We should have not eaten before arriving there. The tapas courses were gigantic and worth the price quantity-wise. Quality-wise the tapas were good.

Having survived #MWC17 aka Mobile World Congress 2017, we went here for dinner. The ambience is nice in a touristy way, the staff are reasonably attentive, and the wines were okay-ish. The beers were cold, crisp, local, and tasty. The food, however, was what saved the evening. We had mussels, scampi, and fish and chips. The latter being superb, and... More

My food, paella was not tasty nor fresh. There were a lot of frozen peas and old oil. Food was so disgusting that I decided... More

Found this place completely by accident. Good hot fresh food at very competitive prices. The service far exceeds any expectations.

On a visit to Barcelona, we were desperate for some authentic paella, and our friend said she knew just the place! This restaurant was so nice, with really friendly staff and well priced. The staff were really helpful in recommending which wines and paellas would be best suited to us. And then the paella came and it was delicious!! Definitely... More
