If you're in the mood for steak, great wine, and tasty dessert, this is the place for you! If you're starving, be sure to try the full portion. We ordered the "platillo" or half portion, and didn't quite get full. However, we did order dessert and this got the job done. If you still have room in your tummy, TRY... More

We were staying near the restaurant and the neighborhood is a bit spare when it comes to dinner. We were delighted to get a table, right at 830 opening time. Our dishes were excellent. The portions were perfect for me. I had a half order of the canneloni, and along with some tomato bread and padron peppers, that was a... More

Starters were very nice ..... the mains also delicious, I had a half portion of meat which was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The others in the group had fish ...... which to be honest also looked like half portions but were supposedly full plates. The desserts were not good (well as good as what you would expect as... May be ok if you can find it open - we had 2 wasted journeys after walking quite some distance, so the 2nd time we booked. When we arrived 5 minutes before 8pm we were told to go away and come back in 30 mins! What a way to treat potential customers

This is one of those places you want to come back. The food is great, never disappointing. The meat is well known around the city, among the best. But their artichokes, eggs and croquets are extraordinary. Don't miss it!!!

Well decorated with a warm home touch that makes you sink into relaxation. Traditional food with a modern fusion of cuisines allows you to cater to your food mood. The half portion option is great to savor a variety of dishes, all very tasty and well presented. The amount of food served in these half portions is abundant, and will... More

The interior is beautiful, the food tasted great. We ordered tomato bread, steak, red wine, two different desserts, cognac and coffee. Everything tasted great. Service was also very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant :)

The quality never days in this chain of restaurants. One of the best beef in town and great artichokes, broken eggs and red peppers. They are always devoted to provide an excellent service and it's a pleasure to eat there!

I live in the area and have passed this place a few times. The sister restaurant Alba de Granados has a reputation- or at least used to- so I was keen to try it out. How disappointing. It serves the usual Barcelona standards - Tataki de Atún, Arroz Negro, Aubergine chips etc but that's where it fails. The food was... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
