We asked the concierge for a nearby place with good food. This was the result, and it was very good. The menu had many interesting choices, wish I could come back to try more! We split the quinoa salad for a starter, then the "Mac mac" as an entree. This Mac-n-cheese includes Spanish ham and manchego cheese, which was a... More

Lovely place and decoration in a local delicatessen where you can buy what you eat. The menu is really attractive and the promise is perfectly kept. Fresh and organics products, really good dishes, harmony of tastes and perfect cooking. I totally recommend this place ... and his little brother "el sifo d'en garriga"

Had a nice dinner with a deliciously cooked iberian ham main course. The starter, burratta, was delicious but not very powerful. The tomatoes were a bit dull. Paid 40 euros for two courses and a beer.

Atmosphere is great--very modern, cozy and charming. Staff is nice too and the quality of food is also more than satisfactory. The iberian pork dishes are great! the price, however, is a bit on the high side compared to other restaurants of similar quality, especially considering the small portion size even for full plates. And the waitress recommended octopus, which... More

We were walking with no great plans so we have been captured by the cosy style of the shop-restaurant. We decided for a quick aperitif before dinner and we had a nice talkative service that personalized the service with bit of history of the place. Interesting! We have been suggested as well on the food selection and we really enjoyed... More

La Cuina d'en Garriga is one of those places in Barcelona where the atmosphere, the service, the food, and the decor are a perfect combination to create one of the top intimate dining experiences in Barcelona. I hate garbonzos, but after GARBANZOS CON ESPINACAS starter, I am convert. The Salmon Sashimi presentation and flavour was superb. But the crowning achievement... More

I visited the restaurant with friends and the location is perfect. The restaurant is just very cool, it has a good atmosphere and very design. I do really love this place. We waited for more than 1h and 30' to get our main courses. Something is wrong which this restaurant and hopefully it was only this day. Terribly slow. Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
