It's a small restaurant, but quite cosy and a good ambience. The staff spoke good English and were helpful, the menu caters for meat/fish eaters, Vegetarians and Vegans. Unlike quite a few restaurants in Barcelona.

Really a gem of a find! Had a lovely meal there and it was so good we ate there again the second night. Only thing I didn't like is there is a jug on the table with water in it and if you use it you get charged.

It is a small restaurant in the "Gracia" neighborhood. Indirect light, cozy atmosphere, tasty food...

The place is very nice, this is why it is probably packed. The food is simple. Menu with too much variety, nothing that one cant do at home. Small portions and also a big surprise the put bread and water on the table with out any of us asking for it. only one of 3 of has had a piece... More

It was a very good discover! Nice environment, not so big and not noisy. Very good Mediterranean menu with a good influence of Asian flavour. A lot of dish with fish. Several vegetarian options. Average prices! I really enjoyed it!

Gluten free restaurant that takes into account many other food allergies as well. Super cute and appealing atmosphere. Service was too efficient, waiters were running around and our food came out within 1-2 minutes of ordering and then just as quickly after finishing our appetizers. This was not all relaxing and we felt like they were just eager to turn... More

I am working in Barcelona and thus not yet accommodated to late dinner. I arrived just after they opened for dinner. The server was excellent and assisted with meal choices and wine. The wild mushroom plate with Seitan served as a great starter. The salmon was wonderful. The breads studded with pumpkin seeds - almost like a dessert! I will... More

Yesterday we've been eating lunch at Gut and it was very 'gut'! Very nice that they offer half portions as well, as we were able to share dishes and try out the menu. Well recommended!

Description
Gut opened in the bohemian yet alternative Gracia district in Barcelona. This originally-styled restaurant is decorated in white and pale colours throughout, with clean lines and Scandinavian design influences. The breakfast, lunch and afternoon from 6 pm. Menu offers predominantly Mediterranean cuisine as well as some international and vegetarian dishes, made with the finest ingredients and gluten free, all prepared in house. Especial didhes: small tofu burgurs with wasabi mayonaise, tuna with celery and pumkins pure or ox tataky with miso sauce. While the homemade desserts, such as chocolate and mascarpone cake, also deserve a special mention. The restaurant prides itself on its warm atmosphere, with great attention to details. Great cart available for celiacs.

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
