Booking a table here is not so easy. Luckily I have read about this restaurant in time and I could plan when I want to visit it, and when I should watch their site to book in the right time. I booked two month before our visit. And yeah, it's expensive but if you're into the molecular gastronomy or just... More

What a great experience I had here. Love the food and every single plate was a masterpiece. Really like the ambience and the people were very friendly. No wait to get my table and yes I had a reservation for over 3 month in advance.

Simply amazing restaurant and food. Great fun - ask for the surprise menu if you can. They bring a selection of 17-20 plates of food. Some are only 1 bite but of our 20 dishes 17 of them were blow your mind good - and the other 3 just didn't float our boat but still they were good. Amazing -... More

Deserves its reputation. This is a first class tapas meal in every respect. Very imaginative but not in any way "fussy" Recommend that if you are with a group of friends that you choose wine as apposed to taking the wine paring option. Would recommend this to anyone you likes their food. Staff are excellent and the sommelier was extremely... More

I had heard about this place through friends and knew that it was hard to get into, but we persisted and were thrilled when we managed to get a booking. We were not disappointed a peak dining experience. Food was sensational and the service was warm, friendly and professional. Each dish was a delight and the desserts room a perfect... More

the place is well designed and give a very comfortable ambient, small tables which each one of it feels unique, we took the surprise trip which brought us many delicious small plates, each one served in a very artistic way. The price is quite high but worth it! At the end you live with the feeling of: ”when will be... More

I went there without expectations which usually is the best way to go. I ended up delighted with the whole experience. Traditional tastes coming from Barcelona, but with a great touch of new and "experience". Absolutely loved it!

This is the most extraordinary reinvention of tapas. It is not the first time I come here and although I know the concept now, I still remain being surprised by the inventiveness and craftsmanship of the chef and his collaborators. Like each time, I have the waiter (or waitress, as it was this time) make a selection. Of course they... More

There’s no other tapasbar like Tickets. The standard Adrià fashion, the eccentric 90-seat restaurant is converted into a culinary amusement park that takes tapas another level cutting edge. Five small-plates bars and open kitchens surround the perimeter of the restaurant, each specialising in different preparation methods. Its like a fun tivoli playful atmosphere meets seriously imaginative tapas bites. The entrance... More

this is an amazing restaurant, it thrills and delights. We went of the option of letting the staff choose for us, excellent, but i would advise setting a budget or saying how many courses you want first. The food and service really is first class. please make sure you save some room for a dessert, they will blow your mind!

Staying in El Raval

Neighbourhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
