Vegetarian buffet and 3,70 Euro for a take away meal. Best quick lunch option if you are vegetarian/vegan and live/work close by.

I was quite excited to know there was a vegetarian buffet in Barcelona, but when I got there it wasn't quite what I expected. I was expecting a variety of vegetables, vegetarian recipes such as lasañas, pastas, etc. It was basically a salad bar, just simple salad options and then you could ask for you main course after. The staff... More

Not a bad place, a small vegetarian for a reasonable price. Not really like an all-you-can-eat buffet, but still a nice place for a quick lunck.

Exactly as advertized - decent food and good price. Our lunch included drink and dessert in addition to the buffet. Highly recommend for any vegetarian traveling in Barcelona.

This is a great little spot in meat-dominated Spain! Quaint little neighborhood place puts out a great veggie buffet at lunch, includiing soup, legumes and a pasta dish. If you have the full lunch, it include the buffet, plus a choice of two veggies entrees and dessert. All very fresh and well prepared and at a great price. Full lunch... More

Although many of my favotite restaurants had closed, since I moved from Barcelona in mid 2003, I was glad to see that El Buffet Verd was still thriving. A salad bar , soups, followed by a main course. This consists of several choices and changes daily. A beverage and dessert are included in the low cost. This place is great... More

This is a great inexpensive vegetarian restaurant on Roger de Lluria between Diagonal and Corsega; very easy to find. Choice of soups, really good salad bar and the a choice of entrees, desert and a drink for about 10 euros. Open for lunch M-F, not sure about Sat or evenings.

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
