On Anthony Bourdain's suggestion, we added Bar Pinotxo to our agenda ... and it did not disappoint. Tucked away in the Mercat de la Boqueria, the small tapas stand delivers on creativity, flavor explosions and an overall no frills culinary experience. The menu may be...More

Simple high quality food cooked with good hands. They serve Pilsner Urquel that is a beautiful beer with a lot of flavor. The fried cream filled "Choocho" dessert is not to be missed.

Went in the morning for breakfast and plenty of spaces. Chick pea and pork was very bland and same with the omelette. The croissant was the highlight of the meal and bill was reasonable. Must try for the experience!

Everything is totally fresh in this small tapas bar in Mercado La Boqueria. We enjoyed the mussels, they were excellent. If in doubt, ask the waiter for recommendations on the fish/meat of the day. The place is fun, not to be missed.

Every time we go to buy some food here, we stop for lunch at this place - it's wonderful. Nothing fancy - at all - about the seating, but every plate is amazing. Yummmmm

authenticity protrudes from the many independent
record stores, second hand shops, and student bars
that seem to light up the streets day and night. The
