We visited this restaurant for lunch on the basis of the trip advisor recommendations and were very underwhelmed. The staff took ages to come over to take our order - we ended up after 10 minutes having to ask someone to come over. We ordered...More

We love tapas for lunch especially if t is served in a traditional way and atmosphere. We arrived at our hotel around lunchtime and immediately asked the receptionist where we could find such a restaurant. He pointed us to this place which was a few...More

A must in Barcelona! It's very close to Catalunya square. Here you can enjoy some awesome tapas (e.g.: brocheta de bacalao, solomillo de ternera, amazing huevos "cabreaos"), super nice and efficient staff and a nice place to be whether you are inside or outside.

We were very hungry when we arrived Barcelona and thanks to the kind suggestion by the Hostal Goya staff, we headed to Cuidad Condal Restaurant for dinner. Thank goodness most people had their dinner at 8pm. We arrived at 7 and was immediately served and...More

My husband and I go to Barcelona at least once a year and each time we make sure we head here for a guaranteed fantastic meal. The spanish omelette, the peppers, the potato and egg thing that I have forgotten the name of... all amazing!...More

A mandatory stop when in Barcelona. An "institution" as a friend described it. Great atmosphere, great food and very friendly staff. The prices were right too.

Although service is slow time to time, it was the best tapas experience for us. You can either choose from the menu or pick from the tapas bar.

Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you
enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally
translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes
recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant
atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district,
Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end
international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the
glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best

Tapas (pintxos) are most definitely available at your table or at the bar. This restaurant is mostly tapas, but sometimes offers paella late at night (after 8:30 pm when we were there).
