Best dinner in Baecelona in 3 days. Friendly atmosphere, nice food and drinks. The pictures on the wall tell you that there were several other famous people there.

This restaurant was our biggest dining disappointment in Barcelona. We went there to get away from the overpriced tourist traps that litter many of Barcelona's most walkable streets, but what we found was an unwelcome atmosphere and outrageous prices, not to mention the annoyingly loud...More

Terrible taste, Very rude server, Smoking, Dirty, Smell bad, and Expensive.

The food was OK. The menus were filthy, and the drapes upstairs looked like circa 1970's, and had not been cleaned since then. Super bright lights upstairs, and no music. Recommended by our hotel, but I would not go back.

I know it is a historic restaurant and is famous for seafood especially paella but it was very overpriced. Bread and olives were served in charge(€1.95 each person!) without any explanation so we thought it was complimentary. We didn't even finish them. Beer was €5.65...More

My dream come true. Fabulous sea food by the sea in the sun. What could be better. Service was amazing. So many people, over 200, getting served quickly. The waiters were running. Excellent quality of seafood, wide selection.

Originally a fisherman’s quarter, this quaint area
can’t escape its small village feel: laundry hanging
over the narrow streets, old ladies clamoring at each
other from their balconies and elder gentlemen playing
games on short wooden benches gossiping the day away,
Barceloneta could double as a film set. Artists line
the boardwalk displaying their magnificently detailed
sand structures making this the most visited beach in

Salamanca's Restaurant is one of the most typical and traditional restaurants in Barcelona, where you may have lunch or dinner by celebrities like Julio Iglesias, Pique o Shakira. One of the few authentic restaurants remaining beachfront of Barceloneta. You can not leave Barcelona without your picture by Silvestre, Salamanca's tireless owner for more tan fourty years and also a celebrity in Barcelona. Best: paella, ham, fresh seafood chosen by specialists and good vibes.
