Great atmosphere, freindly and helpful staff, very entertaining to sit at bar and watch them at work mixing cocktails. A bit cramped but hey it just adds to the atmosphere. Very good well priced wine and tapas. We did not have a meal here but...More

I rarely write a bad review. But I must say this was not good. The food was average, and expensive. So that makes a poor value. Wine choices were few. The upstairs dining room was nice. But the service was awful. Our waitress pretty much...More

Patience is required as the bartenders are artists not craftsmen. But they know the wine and food, and are entertaining to boot. The food is delicious and the local wines (they have a wider selection) are great. A fun evening with tasty treats.

Great atmosphere, wonderful food and an unexpectedly incredible cocktail menu. We stumbled upon Taberna El Botero and ended up going back 2 more times. Jay (Jota) was so welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The Wasabi...More

We arrived too late to get a seat in the upstairs restaurant but got a seat in the bar. Waiter was nice and had great suggestions. We got the pork cheeks in molé, cod in black tempura, and soup. All delicious and extra exciting after...More

Didn't start too well as left standing in the bar for some time. The menu is interesting with a different slant on many dishes. The upstairs restaurant was pleasant but lacked a bit of atmosphere. Overall a good experience although a relatively expensive wine was...More

On the two occasions we ate here the Restaurant was full, so I would recommend booking a table to ensure your place and time
