This place was very busy and packed with locals that appeared to be regulars at lunchtime. They sell a large range of creative tapas both hot and cold and all at very reasonable prices . Like most places in Zaragoza very little English is spoken but simply select what you want from the great selection on display . Well worth... More

We've been there for a couple of times and it's amazing how we enjoy the food. Having the cocido it's an experience. Price quality it's amazing and I'm still craving for it. We also tried el toro de liria, a type of bull very rare and it's so tasty that we are still in love with it. Seriously, if you... More

We were wandering round the old town and went in at about 8pm. We were first in the restaurant. The display cases round the room interested us and the waiter showed us round the whole restaurant displays explaining that they have over 600 bottles and only one duplication. Some very interesting jars and bottles, all full!! We had a menu... More

This place may be resting on its laurels a bit too heavily. Located on an interesting neighborhood, we entered at 2:00 pm and sat in the restaurant section rather than the tapas bar and found it frequented by locals. A good sign, we thought. But it was not to be. Service was half-hearted, the waiter more interested in chitchat with... More

We decided to eat here because the place looked nice and the number of customers (quite busy). We had the paella and a couple of tapas and found the food to be good but average for this type of tapas bar. The service was good and very attentive.

This restaurant and tapas bar has been in business for over 70 years I believe, so it has a lot of things right. The tapas bar was full most of the Saturday night we visited and the restaurant also did good business. An eclectic menu comprising a lot of local dishes which arrived quickly. Helpfully they have a menu in... More

This restaurant is one that all ready exists for decades. They bring a good traditional kind of food from Aragon. Nothing spectacular but just good. This also goes for the check, not spectacular, but just right. The artichokes fresh and tasty, the chipirones in su tinta, the ensaladilla rusa, the albondigas in tomato sauce all tasty and correct.

Gave this a go based on reviews. Waiter was very helpful and provided us with an English menu when he saw us standing confused at the door. Tried his best to explain the dishes and recommended a good bottle of wine! I had the steak and my girlfriend had the lamb. Good meal, nice atmosphere. Would come back!

Casa Pascualillo was a solid performer. Nicely balanced menu, good food served reasonably quickly, and the service was quite good as well. Our server didn't speak much English, but he tried hard and we muddled through pretty well. Good wine, nice ambiance, and the prices were impressively low considering the quality of the food and service.

I read in a book that this was on the top 100 tapas restaurants in Spain a few years ago. Hard to believe as it was very average in almost every respect. In the popular Tubo area it does tapas and main meals and is reasonably priced. The cooking was simple and unpretentious in style. The house wine was good... More
