Best Tempura I ate outside of Asia. A tiny Bar with an even tinier kitchen, very few seats, but great Tempura and wok food. Since it is a one man show, you see how your food is prepared

We shared the mixed tempura and all three items were excellent. The picante empanadas were also very good, without too much spice.
