My wife and I went to lunch February 10, 2017 and sat in the main dinning room. I wanted to order Tapas and my wife wanted from the menu in the main dinning room. The server said the Tapas were only served in the second floor balcony. So instead of leaving my wife alone I ate the same item she... More

Amazing tapas! We ordered the queso de cabra con mango chutney (the best I ever had), revueltos con setas, burrata, milhojas de patatas bravas and the scented rice. Everything perfect and has high chair for children.

We were here on a Monday night, which is probably not prime time for them, but we were the only booking the whole evening. Literally the entire restaurant was empty apart from us (and another group who did come in much later). We had the tasting menu which was very good value - 6 or 7 courses for €48, or... More

If you're looking for something with great natural ambience but not in the centre of Seville then worth checking this place out. A small choice but all well thought out. Great fresh ingredients, pleasant service and at €85 for 3 courses with drinks it's good value in my book

We visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. It was an usually cold evening but the restaurant was really cold so we had a small electric heating by the table. There were only 3 covers that evening which was a shame because the space was really stylish and the food excellent.

What a great restaurant. Wonderful Food. The stater of Foie Gras layered with sharp fine slices of apple was to die for.A word of warning the translation was incorrect for scallops they served Squid which was excellent. The chocolate dessert was a masterpiece. With two amuse bouches the total bill for 2 was 100 euros including wine. A real bargain.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. We had the tasting menu with paired wines (excellent value). The food was delicious and very creative. It was difficult to say which dishes we liked the best but the course involving a perfectly cooked poached egg was a great hit with two of our party whilst the other two gave their... More

Fabulous food for a special occasion. Tasting menu with paired wines was very inventive and superbly cooked. Really good value for money, especially for we Brits who are used to being ripped off for wine in restaurants. It's a shame there weren't a few more diners as there would have been more atmosphere but I heartily recommend this venue for... More

We took the menu de degustacion - 8 courses, with 7 glasses of wine. Not super inventive, but fine courses, a little bit too heavy and foresure somewhat too quick, but price / quality : 10/10 !! One of the better restaurants we visited in Sevilla.

Salvador Rojo is an elegant restaurant, a bit far from downtown Seville. We were a party of four and had lunch here. The foie was very good. The dishes were presented very well, but the quantities of food were not much. Service was very good and friendly. The biggest drawback of this restaurant is that one needs to take a... More

Description
Just opposite the Hotel Alfonso XIII in historical central Seville, Salvador Rojo restaurant wont fail to delight a genuine foodie. Something of a star, Salvador is one of Andalucias most inventive young chefs, having one many a prize for his tapas creativas. Formal without being fussy, this small, chic restaurant of his offers superbly reinvented Andalucian dishes like bull's tail lasagne, ham and fried baby garlic, and garlicky gazpacho. Tapas are served at the front bar. In summer, it's worth making a play for one of the tables on the small but lovely walled terrace out the back. The charming Salvador Rojo staff make diners feel special with excellent service.
