We offer the warmth of traditional with a touch of personality in our tapas, in a room decorated with bullfighting elements, with wood finishes. Our Parisian style lamps permeate everything with a cozy light, especially at dinner. Do you prefer private company? You can enjoy in our second floor with a unique perspective to the main room. If you want a place in Seville with friendly and competent staff that serves great food in different sizes (tapa or full meal), look no further. Just go to Catedral, few steps away from The Catedral. If you can't stand cut bull heads that look upon you from the walls then this is not a place for you. I didn't like this decoration but gave the place a chance to charm me with the food. And it did. We had tapas on two different occasions. Three per person is more than enough. Millefoglie aubergine with goat cheese was a blast. Goat cheese with honey, stuffed mushrooms, etc. was great, too. Two people can eat a nice meal (tapas + desert) and have a drink for under 30 euros. Given the location, this is a bargain for me.

We ate here on 2 occasions because we liked the location in old town, the ambiance with tasty food and reasonable prices. There were a mixture of locals and tourist in this place which is what I actually prefer. It means that they know how to work with non-spanish speaking customers and have English menus.
We had oxtails which was really very good with the usual tapas like Spanish omelette, Aubergine millefeuille and croquettes. We came back a 2nd time and the oxtail was not as good this time round but overall we liked this restaurant. Strong recommendation to visit for a good meal with friends.

The staff were friendly and cheerful. Service was very fast, Beer was on the table before the waiter finished taking the order. We got 9 tapas between 4 people and there was a great range of foods which were excellent. There was barely any wait for the food. We were able to experience Spanish culture and food here. Even a fussy eater could find something to enjoy! The price was extremely reasonable- 2 jugs of sangria, 4 beers, 9 tapas, and paella for €100. We left feeling satiated, happy and relaxed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Seville.

The street that runs along to the Cathedral is lined with bars and restaurants on either side of the road , and so many tapas restaurants to choose from , you really are spoilt for choice along this delightfull tree lined street .
The decor and welcoming ambience is second to none in Catedral with its Gallery ,giving great views below to the lower floor.
The food is traditional , enjoyable and the Ribera del Duro , although not a local wine helped to wash it all down . Pork Cheeks , Sirloin in whisky sauce , made for a hearty lunch .

The tapas were nice, but the place is highly understaffed which leads to long waiting times and being ignored by staff. The waitresses were nice, but one male waiter was not having his best day (I hope). Frankly, he was really rude!
After waiting with two small kids on our first tapas, we missed two plates. I tried getting the attention of the staff for a couple of minutes but that did not work. We did not want the food to go colder so I grabbed two plates from the table next to us and showed the waiter.
He got really angry that I took the plates and told me that I had to ask him first. I explained I had been trying to get his attention for five minutes but he had ignored us. That made him start screamed; “I am working and now I have to put new plates on the other table!!”. He then stormed off and basically ignored us for the rest of our lunch. I guess he had a bad day as I witnessed him having several heated discussions with a group of ladies sitting next to us and who did not received the tapas they ordered…
Again; the food is fine and a lot of the staff was too. Only this one guy maybe having a very bad day really annoyed us and a couple of other tables. Let’s hope it was an incident. Better safe then sorry; we will opt to go somewhere else next time!

My wife and I called into the bar after having dinner at another restaurant. We ordered a bottle of wine which was not questioned by the staff. Five minutes after receiving the bottle of wine we were handed the bill and told that the bar was closing. We asked why we were given a bottle (not a glass) if they knew they were about to close. The staff member claimed that she told us, which was completely untrue. My wife who speaks fluent Spanish tried to talk to the staff member but she was extremely rude and asked us did we not have a home to go to. This conversation took place as they placed chairs on top of tables around us. We asked to speak to the manager, a staff member went out the back and said the manager would be out to talk to us in a minute. We were asked to wait outside until then. When we went outside the staff pulled the shutters down effectively closing us out. There was another couple standing with us as they had been treated in the same manner. Terrible way to treat customers.

Great food, great staff.
We cannot fault the food which we've had. Multiple visits for evening drinks. Somewhat of a tourist trap but reasonably priced.
Many reviews about slow service or being ignored. It is not the Spanish way to constantly come over and check on you. When you are ready, just call them, it isn't a problem or considered rude. Do not wait for someone to offer the bill, it won't happen, unless you are there at closing time. Just grab their attention whenever you want to order or intend to pay and you'll enjoy your experience.
Highly suggest the fried goats cheese / pork cheeks / ox tail dishes

This was our favourite restaurant in Seville! It was recommended to us by the receptionist at our hotel and when we saw how close it was to the Cathedral we assumed it would be a horrible tourist trap. The food is TOP quality, so good we decided to go back for our final lunch after having dinner the previous night. The waiters were so friendly, even when they were rushed off their feet. 10/10! Recommendations are the cod croquettes, the tuna with avocado and the dogfish.

With a perfect location next to the great cathedral, this place could afford to just cash in on its location. We stopped one night for drinks and were so impressed with the service and vibe that we came back the next night for dinner. We were not disappointed. One special, the artichokes with tomatoes, herbs and prawns were very good. The grilled tuna with peppers, mushrooms and aioli were outstanding. Great wine, a fine dessert and after-dinner drinks made us so happy we came back!

Given the location we were expecting this to be a bit of a tourist trap but we were very pleasantly surprised. The grilled chicken breast was ok but the squid and artichoke plates were delicious. Enjoyed the anchovies too.
Prices were reasonable and matched what they show in their website. Service at lunchtime was good and they have English menus.

We had our first, and best, meal of a long weekend in Sevilla in this place. Arrived early evening straight off a flight and managed to get a half indoors/half outdoors seat which was perfect for us. Between us we had a selection of tapas as well as one large plate - the solomillo de ternera. This was so good we ordered a second to share! A special mention also for the fried goat's cheese which was spectacular. We ended up staying for the whole night, enjoying the people watching and plenty of local wine and beers. The price is exceptional for the quality of food and drink. Staff were all lovely and went out of their way to help me practice my pigeon Spanish. All round a fantastic experience, and will definitely return if we make it back to Sevilla again!

We read the reviews and had been in here for a drink. It all looked promising but the night we came for food it all seemed quite chaotic. It was a cold evening and maybe they'd packed more tables inside but we were sitting cheek to jowl with the couples on either side of us. The staff were all working hard yet the service was very slow. Not enough staff maybe? Some of the tapas dishes were overcooked and the whole experience was disappointing. We definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant to friends.

Stumbled into this restaurant on our first night in Seville, was very busy and on a very touristy street so we thought we would give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised when the food came out which was absolutely amazing. All of the tapa we had were 5/5 especially the goats cheese with honey!!!

Visited this little gem on our last day in Saville. Firstly the staff are all very friendly but a special mention to our waitress who was lovely (sorry didn't get her name but she is the one able to speak several languages).
I knew I had chosen well when not only had I gone with the recommendation but another server told me "Good choice" the Aubergine millefeuille with Goats Cheese, caramelised onion and Strawberry jam was delicious as was the Garlic Prawn Croquettas.
Well worth a visit

We were told by a waiter at a different restaurant that this was the best place for paella in Seville and the freshest, and we weren’t disappointed. The staff advised us not to order any extras to the paella as it was big enough for 2 and it was. Really great service and food… what more can I say x
