Without a doubt the best Tapas we have ever had. The staff were amazing, pleasant and spoke or understood english. The sea bass was to die for as was the beef tapas. We agree, get there around 8.30pm or even earlier before the locals start to arrive and you will have a good chance of getting a table.

The best tapas in the city. A must when in Seville. Try to arrive earlier than Spanish people to get table or place at the bar.

I want to eat 3 meals a day here. The gazpacho is like none other. The burrarta and basil salad with lemon sorbet has won prizes. Everything is a miracle in the mouth. Don't miss it

We where here for a quick bite before a flamenco show that would start at 22:00. Arrived at 20:15 and stood in line(!) to enter. Place opened at 20:30 and was packed at 20:45. I can figure why in hindsight, the food was stunning. Every bite was great. A lot of staff working fluintly together really impressed me aswell. A... More

Had a wonderfull indulgent lunch here after a visit to the cathedral. I couldn't choose so had a starter of calamari served on a bed of rice with baby squid and ink . Which was lovely . I then opted for the pig cheek stew which was also lovely . Not huge portions but fantastic ingredients and very good service.

Recommended by the hotel Alfonso. Great menu and fun servers. Very helpful. Fantastic food quality. Try the rice rolls and pork cheeks.

this place was recommended by our host. just around the corner from the apartment. engaging young woman hosted, who spoke perfect English. feasted on a whole roasted fist, which I watched the bartender retrieve from the cold case behind the bar. fabulous lunch for a very reasonable price.

Fantastic restaurant with fantastic service. We ordered several dishes and the waiter helpfully made suggestions and advised us on how much to order. Every dish was delicious. Their croquettes are to die for - perfectly crisp with bits of salty ham inside. The best we had during our whole trip in Spain. Highly recommend!

Given all the plaudits La Azotea receives, the reality could have been disappointing. But oh no - it is better! It is so much more than just exceptional food, the great atmosphere is created by the clientele just as much as it is by the fantastic staff. The seabass and vegetables were fabulous, but the beef was incredible. This was... More

This place is AWESOME. I came here last night after reading the reviews and wasn't disappointed in the least. Convenient just north of the Catedral, beautiful small interior, friendly staff. But the best was the food. Creative and amazing tapas. I went tonight first to Tripadvisor's #1 rates tapas bar, had a few tapas, and left to return to Azotea.... More
