On a recent visit my wife and I popped in here every day for some tapas and beer/wine. Authentic, traditional tapas bar full of locals with great food. Doesn't try to be fancy. If you want to enjoy proper spanish culture come here. Don't expect to get a table but enjoy the sunshine outside.

My wife and I, being of advancing years, preferred to eye this establishment from premises opposite. However, there is no doubt that of all the numerous bars and tapas houses in the Santa Cruz district, this was the most popular with the younger set. It had a special buzz - even from the far side of the crossroads at which... More

A good humoured, very lively, busy place to go for drinks and tapas. The people working there all seem to be having a great time and it's infectious. If you can fight your way up to the bar, you can stand there and order from an extensive range of reasonably priced and good classic tapas dishes. The pringa is great,... More

We kept returning to this lively bar because it was such fun! The barmen are in a whirl serving drinks and food (funny how service is either really fast or glacially slow with no in-between in Spain) and chalking up your bar bill on the varnished counter. A great place to peole watch. Can't comment on the food, which was... More

We stopped here for a drink which we greatly enjoyed but we're not tempted by the very inexpensive tapas we saw being served to other customers. Sitting there we felt more like locals than tourists.

We were taken to this place by our son who is studying at the University of Sevilla. We were extremely pleased with the choice. The place was heaving with mostly locals and the atmosphere was very much old fashioned Spanish. It was a really good end to a sight seeing tour of Seville

This bustling tapas bar is within wobbling distance of the casa 1800 and is heaving from breakfast to whatever time they close. They beat us and we're seasoned bar dwellers. The bar bill being chalked on the bar top was brilliant to behold

Every day of the week it is packed with people and on sunny days there are people crowding outside. Beautiful authentic bar, lovely atmosphere and a long list of delicious tapas.

We wanted to go for breakfast away from the typical touristy places so I asked the I asked a local where he goes for a coffe and he directed us there... you wont regret it, for breakfast you can have a simple coffe with pastry or a tosta with olive oil and tomatoes or if you really feel hungry and...
