While exploring Seville we passed this bar that looked very inviting with lights and a great atmosphere so we decided stop for lunch. We could not have been more satisfied. My wife and I each had 2 tapas, artichoke hearts, shrimp fritters, pork cheeks and scallops with risotto. Along with 3 glasses of wine and a bottle of coke, the total bill was 26 euros. The food was all very good especially the pork cheeks. You may wish to pass on the shrimp fritters as they were not as good as we had hoped. The menu was extensive with many other selections. This is certainly a place I would recommend.

Attractive little cafe with open front a few yards from Salvador Square. A three minutes walk from Hotel Alminar
I had the duck, octopus, fried anchovies and their vino tinto de la casa. The tapas were tasty good sized portions not excessive.
The waitress were friendly but this is a busy place near the square, so they don't have time to chat with you. Dine here early if you want some undivided attention! In some restaurants, the waiters would even ignore you during the peak hours! This is a decent cafe!

We ate here twice whilst in Seville, both times the food was excellent, Pork Cheeks, Cod with Ratatouille and fried Chicken. Service when we sat inside was very good. It was busier when we sat outside on our second visit on 13th May and our main courses were brought out at separate times so that my wife could have finished hers before I received mine. Still, the food was probably the best we had in Seville, hence the good review.

Decided to visit having read the reviews. When we arrived it was packed with one table left in a corner.
Our initial impressions were not good. We were asked if we would be eating and said yes.
We asked for a beer and a wine while we decided but the waitress harassed us over ordering food straightaway. She returned with the drinks and pushed us again about ordering food straightaway. We felt harassed and with the manager running around shouting it didn’t lend itself to a relaxing experience.
We ordered the food without too much research. The food was fine but the waitress then asked if we were ordering any more. We said maybe and should have said no because when we finally did say no she left us alone and we finally managed to enjoy the place.
This is our personal experience of Agustin. I am sure we would have given it 5 had it not been for the harassment. It was the only restaurant in Seville we experienced this.

Saw this place during the day and it looked really nice so we thought we’d give it a try in the evening, checked out the reviews which were generally favourable although a few made comments about bad service. We were shown to a table right at the front of the bar and given menus. We then waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our order but unfortunately this never happened, despite three adjacent tables arriving after us who were served drinks and had food orders taken. Every time we tried to catch the waiters attention we were blanked and so after 15 minutes we got up and walked out - no one made any attempt to stop us or apologise!

Amazing meal tonight!! Amazing tapas!!! Amazing sized portions!!!! We stumbled upon this place tonight and it was fantastic! Food very tasty, some of the best croquettas we have had in Spain! We got 5 dishes in total and only cost us €30 very good value for money and we both left stuffed!

For our last evening in Seville before moving on to Cadiz we booked a table reservation at the fantastic Bar Agustin, bar and restaurant. We booked at table as it gets rather busy in the evenings. Initially we chose to sit at a table outside in the 'alley' which was uncomfortable together with an unpleasant odour in the alleyway. So we moved inside which was far more comfortable. We enjoyed a variety of dishes including pork in pepper sauce and a camembert dish together with our beers and wines. It had a great atmosphere and we enjoyed watching the serving staff reach up high for the impressive selection of wine bottles stacked high around the walls. A lovely restaurant for our last meal in Seville. Highly recommended to book a table inside and enjoy the atmosphere.

A great find with brilliant service - we were certainly made to feel like valued customers. Visited Monday 14th Nov in the evening and received excellent service - including being provided with a menu in English; although we are quickly becoming experts in translating menus ! Waiter guided us to a fabulous ribeiro wine which was a great choice and was an excellent accompaniment to our tapas. We ended our meal with a glass of local orange wine ! Highly e recommended - great staff!!

This is a lovely restaurant with great food and we had a very nice Tapas lunch. The problem came when we needed to pay. I had to ask for "La cuenta, por favor" three times over a 15 minute period from the same waiter.
Finally on the third attempt he got the bill and threw it on our table. Not cool. A great shame as it would have been 5 stars without this part.

One night of our vacation in Seville, it was one of the few things we found open late.
We sat on their terrace and they treated us very well. The waitresses were kind and attentive and served us for 25.60 euros: bread with picks for 2, a large water, a tapa of anchovies in vinegar, a tapa of fried camenbert cheese that came with it. of a fresh and tasty salad, a fairly large portion of scrambled eggs with serrano ham and to finish a portion of grilled squid that transported us and reminded us a lot of the mojos of our land.
Everything was well done and the quantities were adequate. In relation to price and quantity, we left very satisfied and had a very good dinner. It wasn't anything different, but the homemade food and the good work of their daily cooking was appreciated a little.
It has a terrace at street level and you could pay by card.

We enjoyed tapas & drinks here 3 times during our 1 week stay in Sevilla. The service was consistently friendly with a warm ambiance, delicious food, good wines & cocktails. Noteworthy choices are the grilled artichokes, salted cod with ratatouille, shrimp salad with chopped vegetables, gazbacho & homemade flan. Prices are reasonable & competitive. We highly recommend this classic tapas bar!

This was a great little find. Stopped for early dinner one evening. Service was a little slow but once we ordered food arrived quickly and was delicious. We had a selection of tapas dishes, with the potato omelette being one of my favourites. Decor was nice too.

Dinner disaster. I went with my husband to dinner, after waiting a long time for us to be served, they gave him two tapas while I waited for mine, which never arrived, the waiter told me that they were killing the pig since I ordered cheeks. The terrible service and where only my husband dined, I will never repeat.

The best platter of Iberian meats and cheeses we ate in 3 days in Seville. The other tapas are also excellent, perhaps the best I've tried these days, generous portions. We ordered the croquetas, egg chips and jamon, the fried cheese with jam and the shrimp pancakes, a glass of wine and a sangria. We sat at a table outside, it was very well heated also by the stoves under the gazebo. Friendly and helpful staff and fast service. Nice place inside, clean bathroom. Cocktail service also, we tasted a Negroni, well done. I absolutely recommend it.

We of course visited San Agustin due to the top reviews, and they definitely met our high expectations.
Tapas was faultless, great quality, and great portion sizes.
The taste and seasoning was perfect (maybe something some other tapas bars don’t get quite right!)
Definitely make sure you give this place a visit if Tapas is your favourite. Get the pork cheeks and burrata salad!!
