A very focused menu : seafood that is either grilled or fried, some rice, some vegetables. This is usually a good sign! Every table had a plate of rice so we ordered one, and yes it was good. However the stars are the fried calamari and chipirones, the grilled shrimps etc; they were all very soft and tasty, none of... More

Sometimes you visit a place that has glowing recommendations and you wonder why. Not so with Diamantes. The reputation for great seafood is well deserved. Always fresh and perfectly cooked.

Great buzzy little seafood tapas bar. Simply arrive, perch at the bar and order wine and seafood to your hearts content! Normally very busy so just hustle for a spot!

The restaurant opens for lunch/tapas at 12.30pm and was immediately busy. Tables are long and made for diners to share. The menu is mostly fish with a great choice of pescaitos. When ordering a racion ask for a medium portion which will feed 3/4 people easily. Beware if you are a pescatarian as a complimentary tapas which we thought was... More

Great seafood. Very busy at lunchtime - be prepared to wait for a table and don't be afraid to share a bench seat. We met some very nice people from Barcelona and got some good tips for the next part of our trip! This restaurant is very centrally located in the main street at the bottom of the hill from... More

This place was buzzing over the lunchtime period. Served some lovely rice with a glass of wine. Menu is mainly fish and it was delicious. Staff very efficient. Great atmosphere to enjoy lunch.

Nice crisp clean setting for amazing seafood. The place is thronged but that adds to the madness of it. Squeeze your way to the bar or seize seats promptly as they become available. They give large free plates of taps with each drink. I mean a plate of prawns worth 10 to 12 euro in Dublin! We had clams, prawns,... More

Great seafood dishes, generous portions and reasonable prices compared to other restaurants. Still you pay about €7-8 for a medium size seafood dish. It's a very busy restaurant, so customer service is not that great. Service staff rush too much, they simply don't have time to pay attention to one person, you have to ask few times to order something.... More

So - we were lucky enough to get there in time for opening about 8.20 pm, and the small bar soon filled up, they welcome everyone, families, couples, locals and tourists alike. So you order a beer - 2 euros (they also sell white/red wine 2.50 euros) and get a free plate of tapas all cooked fresh. The beer glasses... More
