We had 2 lovely meals here during our stay in Granada. On our first visit we had a savory tagine and flavorful couscous the next time. While we had excellent service the first night, we were treated like old friends the second night. The restaurant is a bit hard to find as they have moved up the street from where... More

We are staying close to the Albacín in Granada and I was craving for a good coucous...that evening we found ourselves parachuted to Morocco, surrounded by the hospitality which is a landmark of that country. The service was friendly and efficiente and we could not have desired a better coucous! But its great menu has yet to be fully explored!

We tried this place out because of the good reviews on google and trip advsisor. We were not disappointed! We had to walk though the extremely busy tourist area to get here but it is off the main street and the signs give good direction. At first it looked empty so we didn't want to go in, but once we... We had a early lunch just as they opened which is really closer to 1:30 than the 1:00 listed on their website. Service was good. We had a hummus appetizer which was very good with the mildest of seasoning. Then we each ordered a entree which was a mistake as they were huge. I had couscous with lamb and my... More

My adult daughter and I turned up late one night and luckily got a table - were greeted very warmly on a cold Granada night. The couple from Seattle immediately announced that we would love this meal and we did! No wine or sangria but the lemon & mint drink was tangy, sweet and very tasty! Starters of salads and... More

We found this restaurant rather more pretentious and touristic than the other Moroccan restaurants we visited during our stay in Granada. We're vegetarian, and found the veggie portions- although very tasty - slightly smaller and the bill slightly higher. It was very crowded the evening we went, and the waiter seemed to us to be quite unnecessarily showing off in... More

We had a wonderful meal and experience at this restaurant. Amazing Morocan décor and the service was special. Try the lemonade...OMG! The owner spent time with us at our table and we shared stories. His family is very successful and he left to become an entrepreneur to where he now owns multiple successful restaurants. We felt like we were at... More

We tried Moroccan cuisine for the first time here; it was fantastic. We fell in love with it. As some reviewers said that this is authentic, we were very lucky to have dined here, without reservation. The owner is very sympathetic and speaks several different languages. A very good service. The ambient atmosphere is very Islamic Moroccan. The food... we... More

This is the most authentic Moroccan restaurant outside of Morocco. The owner is from Casablanca and he makes sure customers are happy. We both ordered the lamb with olives and lemon on couscous. The lemon wasn't preserved, but otherwise it was perfect. The decor is really interesting and lends to the feeling of being transported to another country.

I enjoyed my dinner here. Bread came out piping hot, the server recommended the vegetable tajine to me and it was very good. I also had the hummus which was quite nejoyable.
