Visiting this part of suburban Malaga with which we are not familiar we were drawn towards this restaurant for an early lunch.
At the suggestion of the waiter we chose a tuna, avocado and mango salad to start with then a seafood paella.
Both were excellent and I regret that I was unable to finish the paella soccarat, the crispy bit that sticks to the bottom of the pan and is meant to be the best part. Shame on me.
Only after looking at the reviews did I realise how high this restaurant features onTripadvidor - well deserved.

Scandalous dinner! And we didn't try their specialty: rice. We ordered very tasty and earthless clams, a delicious mango salad (we asked for more sauce and they gladly provided it), a variety of ham, chicken and pilpil shrimp croquettes, all of them very good (including the chicken ones that are normally usually the least tasty) accompanied by homemade straw potatoes, a very delicious flamenquín with potatoes and some cooked crayfish that were so good... For dessert, homemade cheesecake with passion fruit and pistachio and white chocolate brownie, both delicious! !. We will surely return before returning to Madrid. The treatment was exquisite, with very attentive staff and despite the August heat, it was great on the terrace as it had large water fans that greatly cooled the atmosphere. Absolutely recommended! One of the must-sees in Malaga. Delighted with the place, the food and the treatment. Thanks a lot for everything!

I went to this restaurant with my family, and as soon as I entered I asked the owner if they made paella, he promised me that I would eat the best in Andalusia and it was actually the best I have ever eaten.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
Prices are a little higher than average but you pay for quality: good products and an exceptional chef.
I will definitely come back here when I return to Malaga.

We ordered a soupy blind rice because the waiter recommended it to us and trusting their specialty in rice, we ordered it.
Score zero, it was totally tasteless with rice dancing on a prepared broth and some fish bites
It did have a few canned mussels and some peeled shrimp.
Terrible quality/price ratio

The restaurant as such is good and I have nothing bad to say about the food; Some dishes are better than others like anywhere else, the patatas bravas were terrible, but the tuna tartare was very good. The most negative part of this place is the poor service of the waiters and the failure to respect reservations. I made the reservation two days in advance and to my surprise they put me at an uncomfortable table, near the WC and next to the plates and cutlery to serve the tables; No one had the detail to change our table even when the restaurant was not fully booked. To improve the situation... when ordering the dishes we directly asked the manager to bring us the food little by little, well, with the starter he brought us the second dish which of course we returned and told him to serve it at the time, Next he brings us the second starter and surprise!!!! Once again he brings us the second dish and then the rest of the food; overall a disaster!!!!! If you do not improve this detail, I predict an uncertain future... Mr. Owner, service is the most important thing in a restaurant and respecting reservations is polite and good professional and if this is not fulfilled it is a lack of respect for the customer and denotes the lack of professionalism on the part of all the staff!!!!! With a service as precarious as this, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Our first day in Malaga and what a beautiful gem of a restaurant.
The food was just absolutely delicious. Staff were amazing and the service was 5 star plus.
Phillipe, waiter was just brilliant and very efficient.
We started off with the Russian salad and tuna tartare which were both absolutely divine.
This was followed by the seafood paella and seafood black rice. One spoonful of both of these and it just melted in your mouth - wow. The black rice with alioli was just mouth watering. We will definitely be coming back.

A place outside the center which can therefore be reached by car or public transport, we had a mixed salad with prawns as a starter where unfortunately, in addition to being only three counted on top, they were undoubtedly frozen and not fresh as many have written. The word with the fish was very disappointing as it was practically dried in the pan so much so that I had to scrape it with a spoon and here too the fish certainly did not abandon and was fresh. We have been several times and the service is always spectacular. Very good service from the waiters and the best food in the area. The fish is obviously fresh but the paella is one of the best you can eat in Màlaga. If you are a rice lover you have to come.

We loved the carabineros gazpachuelo, a higher level gazpachuelo. A delight 😍😍 They treated us very kindly by phone and in person. There are many other very delicious dishes, but without a doubt gazpachuelo is something special. We will be back

Staff polite and kind. We chose a great bottle of sparkling wine and two types of rice. Everything really great, including the chupitos that we were kindly offered. Also excellent bill paid.
On our next trip to Malaga, we will definitely be back.

Very good quality in their dishes. Pleasant terrace despite the August heat. The rice dishes are very good, we tried the vegetable one, but there are other options that looked very good. The Croquettes are the best I have ever tried. And the delicious homemade cheesecake is a great surprise. Rl attentive and friendly service. Good place to eat in Malaga, we will repeat

Best meal we had in Malaga. It’s out of the touristy centre of town, so prices were better and the staff was more friendly, plus all the food that we got was outstanding! Highly recommend the bravas and the mango and prawn salad. Great atmosphere as well in a lovely part of town.
