This restaurant is a part of a hotel located high on a hill overlooking Malaga. The view is amazing. The croquettes are wonderful and the Pot Roast is excellent.

We have been in this restaurant with some colleagues and even if at the beginning you think that is lost in the middle of nowhere then you realize that the place is simply amazing. Unbelievable view and excellent food. I had the "polpo a la gallega" and was very good. I really recommend this place.

We've been there when already was too cold to be outside, however even the view from the window was great. There are not much people in November, so it was quite and romantic, very good service. Delicious food (especially meats), good wine, cosy and nice.

While staying at the hotel we ate here in one night three course dinner. Nice experience, as in many other places, especially wine prices are cheaper than many other countries; wines are of course from Spanish ;-). There is a beautiful view in the evening to the city. You need a car or take a taxi from the center (should... More

We ate here at Christmas Eve. This is a great place out of town. Very romantic with a great view overlooking the city. The food is really good and great value for the money, not too overpriced. The pumking-ginger soup had a lot of flavour and the duck was juicey. The oreo brownie wasn't too bad either ;) We will... More

We stayed in the hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant based on the reviews on here. We were not disappointed! We arrived early for our reservation and although they could have accommodated us then we opted for a cocktails on the terrace to take in the stunning view of Malaga lit up at night. The cocktails were very... More

Party of 9, saturday night in the rain and wind of a strom hit Malaga - felt sorry for the wedding going on! Good food and service, typically £35/head.

Restaurant Amador is an absolute must visit when in Malaga. It is away from the main tourist attractions and is set on top of a hill which gives amazing views over Malaga. We had a very tranquil meal with great service, presentation and quality. It is a family run restaurant and therefore the attention to detail is impeccable. I cannot... More

I visited this restaurant in 2014 for the first time and was simply blown away and thus make this a must visit every time i am in Malaga. The food is spectacular. Coming from London and being used to good food, i have high expectations and Restaurant Amador did not disappoint. The food was quite simply amazing and by far... More
