Wonderfully charming restaurant with good food. Enjoyed excellent Rouladen with Blaukraut. The Klösse are not my favorite, but my husband really liked them and assured me that’s the way they are in Thüringen. Service was a little slow, but we weren’t in a rush and our service was nevertheless exceptionally attentive and charming. I asked the staff member at my hotel, to suggest place where I could find "local" food. He sent me here. It was quiet and comfortable. I had sausages and sauerkraut, wine and dessert. But my favorite part of the meal was the delightful waitress. I don't know her name but she had the longest, curliest hair I have ever seen, and she was great. If I am ever back in Weimer, I would certainly return to this restaurant.

As we were leaving, a colleague came up behind us and offered us a table in 5 minutes - that's business sense/customer orientation 👍👍.
