We ate an early dinner here and so enjoyed the decor and the comfort food. I ordered meatloaf with onion and mushroom gravy and it melted in my mouth. My daughter ordered a more traditional dish equally delicious. Perfect place for individuals or families with many seating options. Apparently it is quite popular as many of the tables had RESERVED... More

Swiss themed restaurant with good food. Decor is classic Swiss alpine and staff dressed in traditional Swiss attire. Menu is varied, offering traditional Swiss dishes and beverages. Excellent pastries and desert offerings. Located on the marketplace in the center of the old city and very near the Frauenkirche. A definite must see venue and enjoy the food. Service can be... We came upon this place at lunchtime yesterday during a short stopover in this beautiful city. We enjoyed a pretty good lunch, served quickly, But the attitude of two of the waitresses was so rude. Both the woman behind bar and the dark short-haired older woman were abrupt and bordering on contemptuous. It was so bizarre as to be funny,... More

We enjoyed a wonderful, casual dinner here during the Holiday Season so might have been swayed by all the Christmas lights inside and out, but the atmosphere was amazing - like being in a Swiss ski lodge with waiters in Lederhosen bustling around with fondue pots and festive warm drinks like Glugwein. Fondue is out of this world, but they... More

We only had desserts & hot chocolates but found the dishes were beautifully presented & tasted amazing. Staff were super helpful finding us a table upstairs on what was a very busy Christmas Eve.

We stopped in Dresden for lunch on a cold rainy day and couldn't have been happier. First, the tables were amazing made of large tree trunks... the staircase leading to the bathrooms was beautiful... a large fireplace kept the place nice and toasty. We loved it. The food was excellent. I had the white asparagus soup that was perfect. My... More

Great atmosphere and a welcome warmth from the freezing Christmas markets. We were really lucky to get a table as it was very busy. Great service and gorgeous food! Really enjoyed our visit, would eat here again in a heartbeat!

After searching for substantial food during our walk around this wonderful city we came across this little gem by accident ,serendipity at its finest. The interior was wonderful and ties in nicely with its theme plus the staff were very friendly . The food was a delight . The rosti was a delight to eat and very filling plus the... More

A very nice Swiss restaurant in the city centre. It´s next to the Frauenkirche so it should be a nice start of your sightseeing journey. It´s a two floor restaurant and it´s still very busy place. Service was little bit slow in the second floor. Meals were just amazing. There were so many options we wanted to taste so we... More

We had a late lunch here, so the crowd was light. Ate outside-plenty of blankets and heat lamps to keep us cozy. The food was quite tasty and a good amount for the price. The best part was enjoying the world going on around us with the Frauenkirsche in the background.
