This is the place to go. My husband and I were just wandering along the roads of Dresden and looked down and saw this wonderful little cafe. Checked the menu and were sold. When were ready for dinner we chose this place just because it was different. The cafe is filled with beautiful antiques that they use until they are... More

We purchased: Rinderroulade and the Bratwurst. Plus Kartoffelsuppe. To drink we shared a beer. We enjoyed our meal. Was referred to this place by a local.

We were a family of three in Dresden for the Christmas market and without a reservation for dinner. This restaurant located in an antique shop was able to seat us. Every part of the decor has a price tag so I suppose one could combine dinner with shopping. The food was good, wait staff pleasant, and it was quiet enough... More

A restaurant/café with lots of art and old chandeliers. The food and the glühwhein was good, but not many glutenfree alternatives. The atmosphere was good and many locals go here. The staffs english however, wasn't very good.

Not really meant for young people preferring modern places, but I (am 60) and really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. We were there for lunch, and went back for a cup of coffee and some local pastry. Of course, you will not find gourmet meals there, but fresh and good food against fair prices. The personnel is also very... More

We visited this cafe on a Saturday for lunch during the Christmas markets season. We could find a place without booking, as we arrived quite early and the location is quite big. This place is mainly an antique shop, which also fits tables and serves food and drinks: everything is on sale, including most of the furniture. We ordered two... More

Our grandparents asked us to choose a restaurant located at the city center where they could treat us. My partner and I didn't regret choosing this place that I only kept seeing before, during those strolls around the wonderful old city center. The service is excellent with a very friendly and polite waitress (which is not always the case when... More

This restaurant is on Terrassengasse, next to the stairs from river Elbe terrace and close to many little stores and other restaurants. We had a nice chicken schnitzel, filling potato soup with sausage & bread and two drinks. It all came to 24 euros, well worth it. Food on menu is definitely German. Food was very tasty, server friendly& accommodating... More
