Leysieffer is not a bad place but there is no atmosphere. I felt like kettle and the service is like in a mass production. They could add additional value in a bit more personal service elements. Food was ok, nothing outstanding.

Being disappointed with and by our hotel we left early and decided to enjoy a nice breakfast here, great choice of different set breakfast possibilities. Tried 2 and liked both. Everything was good, bread, croissants, ham, eggs, salami, cheese, jam.... delicious fresh Ojuice. View (1. floor) and service were nice. Good place to start your DUS-shopping tour on the KÖ (Königsallee).

Located on the most expensive streets of Duseldorf, still offers quite usual quality of bakery and meals. The view is nice if you manage to have a table on the second floor. As it was quite cold outside, I only stepped in for a coffee which the place offers in a big variety. So to get warm had a big... More

Stopped by here because it was one of the few place open on the street. We both had great breakfast - there is a number of sets available. This place apparently also sells chocolates and marmalade.

I see this listed as a French bistro. Puzzled by that. As to us it looked like a great chocolate and cake place with a cafe at the back. There is an upstairs. So maybe that's the resto. We found nearly all the coffee shops closed on Sunday morning. But at 10am we passed thus just opening its doors. So... More

I'm a chocolate fan, I've tried practically every chocolate made in Europe. This brand just isn't my favorite. It's a fun little shop and they have a good coffee and cake bar at the back which is nice when you want to duck out of the rain but if you're looking for a pure bar of fabulous chocolate, I'd go... This was not the first time that I went to this Café on the well known 'Koenigsallee' in Duesseldorf, but the first time for breakfast. The selection of the breakfast menu is just great. Something for everybody and everyone's purse. We choose the so called "Kleines Fruestueck". It was everything but small. It was excellent and well enough even for... More

There is a bistro on the first floor and you get a variety of snacks which are very good - but this is the place to come for chocolate - it is a chocolate lover's dream. You get high quality chocolate in the most delicious flavours. If lavender chocolate is not to your taste, well, there are standard flavours. My... More

Stumbled across this place quite by accident but what a lovely little find. The café is accessed from the rear of a delectable chocolate shop and on Sunday offers breakfasts until 2pm. The service was spot on in lovely clean surroundings. The food was delicious and the array of cakes were out of this world. Try the strudel with vanilla... More
