First, India curries is one of my favorites and the best India restaurant is in Deventer, the Netherlands; Kohinoor of India. I tried several Indian restaurants and no one can compete with Kohinoor of India. By the way Deventer is beautifull old city. The staff...was friendly. We had not reservated, but we got a table. I have ask to make it spicy Indian style, not german style. The taste was ok with the ingrediants as I am used to. I had a special lamb menu, but I found it not special, just ok. Naan bread was too dry. Lassie drink tasted well. The price/quality is good. Nice tastfull meal for fair pay. The cooks of my favorite restaurant come from Bangladesh, the cooks of Taj India may come from others parts of India.More

We visited the place for takeaway dinner. I asked whether we can pay by card, but they said only cash. We didn’t have much cash on us, so could order only 2 meal for 4 of us. We ordered a vegetable korma and a chicken...korma with rice and a garlic naan. The korma sauce tasted nothing like it. The chicken was poor quality and very, very salty?! (I never used to eat salty in Indian food). So we were waiting outside for our food to be ready and saw that people are paying with card at the tables... I was very annoyed. Garlic naan has is not the naan I used to know until now. Tasted oily, raw and no garlic at all. The 2 star is for the cheap price, and the staff were friendly (apart from that they were lying about the payment options)More

This is a super Indian restaurant with lovely spicy food and very good choice. It is advisable to book as it was very busy and even with booking we did have to wait short while. Slightly away from the town centre but worth the walk.

My go to place when im working bonn. Food is simply good. Its always busy between 18:00-20:00 so best to reserve a table. Vegetarian options are plenty full so even vegetarians can feel at ease here. Perfect experience for Indian food. Very friendly service, very democratic prices and really good food.

We were here last week with my family. The owner was generous and helped my elderly mother with a chair while we waited outside. Was a 15-20 min wait in rush hours but we found a place soon. In mains, We ordered paneer and chicken...tikka masala. Both were delicious and the spice level was close to indian taste. The service was quick and food tasted great. Was not heavy on pockets as well. All in all it offered a good dining experience in Bonn.More
