Outstanding dinner experience. We had the prix fixe menu which is really all they offer (two choices). They will accommodate dietary restrictions. There were at least 5 waitstaff who were involved with our serving our meal and all spoke English. They did not hurry us and we spent over 3 hours receiving a very fine meal. As we did not... More

An excuisite dining experience for an extraordinary occasion. Every detail has been cared for, from the cards announcing every dish to the carefully architected dishes in harmony with the time of year. It is highly recommended to take the accompanying wine meny as you would never be able to chose your wine with the same consideration for the dish.

One of few Michelin star (two) restaurants where you feel comfortable. The food is beyond doubt as one expects. What is outstanding is the service. Mostly young, highly engaged people. The bread is superb.

Had long wanted to try this restaurant and finally made it there. We came one of the last evenings before the holidays so I felt lukcy that we even got a table. We chose the so-called "small" flavour treatment (I should add that even though they call it small, you won't leave hungry) consiting of three small hors d'oeuvres, four... More

The ambience and interior design was fantastic. Classy and elegant goes for both restaurant and their foods. Most courses were absolutely divine. However I have to say the serve to many icecream. I had 6 course meal and my partner had 4 course. In order to keep her busy they served ice cream right before the main course which killed... More

Outstanding dining Area in an already outstanding restaurant. The Kitchen table is the one to go for and well worth the extra cost. Service was superb but then again it is a 2 star restaurant. Wines were carefully chosen to compliment each course. Will certainly be back

The food was meticulously well thought off, prepared and served, allow yourself 3 - 4 hours here. The bread trolley was beautifully presented, the staff was respectful polite and they really seemed to care. It's pricey but i think compared to other MIchelin 2 star it was still worth saving up to visit. Choose between the 6 or 8 courses,... More

I am a fan of tasting menus with matching wines. Whilst I am an aficionado of food and drink I am happy to trust to the superior Knowledge of places like Haerlin in putting together a feast like last nights. We were eating and drinking with very little break for over 3 years. Smoked eel was the stand out dish... More

Considering the price, the restaurant fell well short of expectations. For the same price you could visit Noma(!). What we got was afoot that was exquisitely prepared, although there were no real wow experiences. It was basically what I would expect of a bib restaurant, not two star. To be frank, the two stars are ludicrous. They are nowhere near... More

The Haerlin Restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten (Four Seasons Hotel) is one of the leading gourmet restaurants in Germany and has picked up 1 Michel Star and 17 Gault Millau points. Head Chef Christoph Rüffer creates light dishes based on classic French cuisine, combined with Mediterranean influences. The interior is evocative of the classic era when the hotel was founded by the original owner Haerlin.
