We ate here one Saturday night and went for the tasting menu. If you wish to witness virtuoso cooking, lots of clever techniques and remarkable flavours you will be impressed here. Other reviewers for this entry clearly like this but we found it strangely unsatisfying. Perhaps we made a mistake opting for the tasting menu, the food was truly special... More

We left exhausted. Three courses - no aperitif, no coffee - 3-1/2+ frustrating hours. We sat on the terrace where an irate neighbor poured gallons of water on the roof right over our heads at hour two - protesting noise. Seemingly, a long standing beef since we were escorted inside after three hours. Service was inept - you shouldn't have... More

Restaurant is right in the heart of Schönenberg and thus very gay-friendly. We didn't have reservations and it was Saturday night, but the host happily sat us. Staff all spoke English. I had wienerschnitzel, which was HUGE and very tasty. Even the table next to us laughed how big it was. My friend had a pasta dish that he said... More

The restaurant is located in a poshy residential area of Berlin, but charming at the same time. The Irish beef was amasing and the "Loup de mer" fish outstanding. The waiter gave us great wines, different glasses to the different dishes. The only minor issue I can point out was that I was promised pan fried fois gras on the... More

We had a table on the front garden terrace and had a dry Cremant de Loire Rose`(7Euro) for aperitiv. We chose the set menue (49Eu) with pairing wines (29) and we were very happy with our choice. They started with white and ryebread and butter which was flavoured with orangezests (interesting).Octopus carpaccio with veal tongue salad as first course (sounds... More

Sankt Moritz is one of those local gems one hopes to find when traveling. Off the beaten track in a nice residential area in Berlin this restaurant features delicious food with the best wines in a traditional non pretentious atmosphere. What makes it so special is the wine. They have a lot, know a lot and serve a lot (by... More

This is a fantastic place in the middle of Berlin - not far away from KaDeWe. Go there - be spoiled. It doesn't even cost a fortune!!
