Loved it! Many beers to choose, wonderful and tasty food, a great spot to take a break from sightseeing and just unwind. Will be back to try the beer mixed with various soft drinks.

Had a great time relaxing and enjoying the beer, pretzels and sausages at a reasonable price. The garden was very full, but had so many tables it wasn't an issue. A wide range of others from tourists to locals also enjoying the spot.

Love sitting on the benches under the trees enjoying a Prater pilsner or dark beer. Especially when it starts to get dark and the lights give the garden even more atmosphere. Decent food options and comprehensive drinks price list to study at the serving booths....More

After reading a recommendation for Prater Garten in a guidebook, we checked it out and we weren't disappointed. It was a wonderful experience to sit outside and have dinner, with simple but great tasting food and beer. The place was busy, customers were enjoying themselves,...More

No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change
than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists
that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in
the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip
crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were
once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall,
there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have
been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays,
