We got take out from this restaurant as we didn't have time to sit and eat and ALL OF OUR FOOD was delicious! The taboule was perfect, with added pomegranate seeds...very moist with just the right amount of citrus! The wraps were very moist on the inside and the wraps themselves stayed nice and dry. The restaurant looked popular based... More

The rest is heavenly!!! Best schawarma (call it kebab if you like) and falafel i ever tried, and boy did i try some...

This might be my favorite Lebanese place in Berlin. First of all, the restaurant is visually super attractive. Definitely stands out. They always have fresh flowers all over the place. They serve food fast and have most delicious pickled aubergines I've tried here. Good for very spicy too.

Finally we lunch here after some theater performance nearby. The place always packed of people and most of them not locals or just Tourists. I order schawarma wrap with falafel and haloumi cheese. Surprisingly the taste as good as what i read in the review, they use vollkorn bread and the falafel are freshly made so everything so delicious and... More

This place is one of those where you do not expect to get your own table, but you share it with other people. Like in a fast food style, but a bit better... I'm not sure, I guess some people do not like that, but it was quite an experience. And the main thing, why you're there, the food, was... More

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
