We really liked the cozy table just by the front door - it was the perfect spot for an afternoon beer or two. The Kloster Dunkel was particularly good. Friendly service and the added bonus of an awesome collection of mixtapes.

For the price, this is an excellent choice - the food is reasonable and the portions are enormous. The service is also friendly and helpful. It has a nice student-y atmosphere too. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent atmosphere with really friendly staff. Managed to get the little table in the balcony and watched the world go by whilst sipping rather nice wheat beers.

My group of four had breakfast here while staying nearby and also came for a dessert in our last night in Berlin. This is a bit of a casual, bohemian bistro with pierced staff serving surprisingly great food. We all loved our breakfast - the...More

We had eaten breakfast here for years while staying in Charlottenburg (mostly Love on the Run or Spiegel Eier mit Speck) but recently have started going for dinner. The Kalb Schnitzel with salad and roasted potatoes is excellent. Yes, I mean excellent. Not a Schnitzel...More

I like this place because it just does not care and in that attitude it is very reliable. the service is always a bit haphazard, slow and sometimes very Berlin. the food is good, it has never been amazing but also not ever bad. Bit...More

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through
the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which
lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood.
Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city:
upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades
and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone

I'm not sure. It's a quite busy and noisy place. "Coffee drink your monkey" on the other side of Savigny Platz is better suited for laptop work, and serve decent coffees
