The service was fast and pleasant, helpful also and advised us on which places to visit. The food was really tasty, I recommend the specialities. If you are really hungry, quantities in plates will satisfy you. :)

I was really hoping for a good, authentic home-cooked German meal on my last night in Berlin. I picked this place because it sounded like it would be just the ticket. Being that it was Valentine's Day, I had to sit at the bar because...More

The restaurant is situated near Alexanderplatz at the beginning of Nikolai-Viertel. The inside is very cosy and one part looks like an old living room of the last century. The offer of tipical German dishes is very rich (meat, fish and vegetable dishes) and very...More

This restaurant is related to its neighbor Mutter Hoppe (daughter of the owner owns this place) and we were told by our hotel receptionist that this would be a good place for a traditional German meal. The restaurant indeed serves traditional German food in a...More

I ordered a champignons salad and after I ate just a little bit of that I found a living bug on top of the salad leaves. I called the waitress and her reaction was shockingly rude: she just took the dish away without saying not...More

Following a recent visit to Berlin we came across a very busy restaurant (on 11th November) which we later found out was St. Martins day. The Goose we had was excellent, the Berliner Pilsner washed everything down a treat. Put the entertainer (playing the organ...More

The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
