I have walked by this place numerous times, and it's always packed over dinner and lunch. I finally went! Man, this food is good! Only €4 for a box of schwarma and falafel. The falafel is made right in front of you, and the hummus is delicious!

I had the falafel wrap for lunch - the falafel was very tasty and fresh, and had loads of other salad fillings. Great value and probably the best falafel I've had in Berlin!

Dropped in for at quick evening meal. I had the merguez platter, which was really nice. The merguez could have been cooked a bit more, but they were OK. The dish came with fresh salad, rice, humus and couscous. It was all very tasty and delicious.

Everything on the plate was delicious - fresh hummus, couscous, falafel, salad, pita. Cozy back area and front tables for dine in or takeout.

Just a few steps from the tourist traps is this little gem. Authentic arab food at about 6-7 euros per plate. It is semi cafeteria style, order at the counter and have server bring you your food. It is small, but has character. Food tasted fine, but I found the sauces a bit mild. I would definitely go back, especially... More

Nice little restaurant, the service was good and the tables were clean. Schwarma is not my favourote food but I would imagine that if you're into it, this is excellent. Tasted fresh. I'd say it's worth it's price.

I was very excited to have Arabian Food. We had both a Schawarma in bread. The food is excellent and very fresh. However, the staff was not very friendly.... a little smile helps as lot!

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
