The food was amazing, totally worth the wait. The line was over a half an hour. There are only a few tables so prepare to eat on the go. Beers can be bought from the opposite shop.

I won't say that the kebab is not good, or anything like it, because it is, however, there are some other kebab places with the same quality and for the same price. The queue is kind of intentional... so, if you are in the hurry, don't waste much time in there.

If you are in Berlin and you want to eat a kebab, by that I mean not a y kebab, mustafa's is a gem ! You will probably have to wait 30 minutes Even an hour sometimes but it's worth it. I fell in love with mustafa's kebab. Just take all the stuff in your kebab. It will be tasty,... More

With a line up this long, I waited about 45 minutes the food must be good, not really. The atmosphere in the queue was great, beer was readily available from a convenience store near by. The kebab was good however nothing out of this world, it was tasty but not worth the wait. There are plenty of other equally good... More

It would be a an injustice to visit Berlin and not visit Mustafa's Gemüse Kebab. If, like me, you hail from the United Kingdom, you'll be used to substandard kebabs (which usually leave you unable to leave the bathroom the following morning). Mustafa's is unlike any Kebab you've experienced in the UK or anywhere in the world for that matter.... More

One of my favourite food finds in Berlin - Mustafa is widely talked about as one of those places that you have to visit...and now I completely agree. All the times that I've visited, the line took roughly 15 minutes and it's certainly worth it. Both the vegetarian and meat kebabs/durums are extremely good - I highly recommend it. Will... More

A street stand offering tasty and reasonably priced kebabs with lots of vegetables and delicious meat and sauce. It may be a bit painful to stay in line in a cold winter day, but it is worth it.

The kebabs from this street stall are incredible. So tasty packed with tons of fried vegetables and sauces. Incredible value too you get so much for as little as $3 euro. Vegetarian available too which is wicked. The downside is the wait , the service doesn't seem to be particularly fast considering the huge wait ( could potentially be part... More

Staying in Kreuzberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the 1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s, rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a carefree life here. An old hospital even became a hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today you can still find the best kebabs in town and many underground clubs, but a lot has changed as well. The hospital has been transformed into an art center, and increasingly you will find new urban cafés, restaurants and designer shops. Rising housing prices and gentrification threaten the spirit of this area along the Spree River, but the neighbourhood’s legacy is upheld by a very engaged community fighting to preserve its rebellious identity.
