There are lots of Thai restaurants in Berlin but this one is my favorite. Extremely friendly (English speaking) staff, nice seating upstairs. I love the sweet and sour chicken served in an ananas. If you ask the waitress you can fine-tune the spicyness of your food. But don't overdo it: if you order "truly hot" it's going to be Thai-style... More

Good food priced at a bit more than 10 euros per person. Recommend the sweet-sour chicken rice with red/yellow/green peppers and the spring rolls were amazing! Waiter was very nice although did not speak very good english! Hahaha very cosy and would definitely recommend :)

We made a reservation as we went on a Saturday night around 8pm, but there we still some empty tables in the restaurant. Waiters were quick and very helpful and food was served very fast. Both our dishes (green curry and sautéd vegetables) were delicious. Portions are big, specially for the low price you pay. Only negative: they don't serve... More

Yes, superb. We had a great meal. The chicken satay was very tasty. The main course of duck red curry, very tasty. My wife had the same red curry with chicken, very good.

The food was amazing and huge portions. Lots of choice on the menu. The waiters were friendly. They did forget my order but as soon as they realised they were very apologetic and gave me a free drink.

Great authentic Thai food in a busy touristy area. Delicious satay sticks. Nice place for a low key dinner. Lovely place to sit out on the street.

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
